Fantastic management of staff by customer services manager ensured that workforce arrived as scheduled and any issues were addressed immediately. We were kept fully informed of plans and progress and without this it would have been a very stressful period

Phoned this company for a call out to estimate a job had no call back phoned them in total 4 times over two weeks the last time I phoned i told them how disappointed I was, will never call this company again.

I have to say I was very impressed by the efficiency of this company from the very beginning when Kieron came to do the survey. He was well dressed, very polite and when photographs etc were being taken always asked if he could go to various parts of my home. The office staff were friendly and even though we were discussing business they always had time for a joke and a laugh but they always made sure any requests were dealt with. The crew of 3 who were installing the boiler were fantastic, again respectful to me and my home. They covered the area with plastic and at the end they’d cleared up beautiful. As I have problems with mobility they also made sure to move their equipment so that I could get past. What I liked also about them was that they were nicely dressed and clean even down to the apprentice. One does not often see that these days. A crew of 3 electricians were the next to come and they were as good as the other crew, polite respectful of myself and property, and nicely dressed. Well done CRS. I would and will recommend you to anyone. Keep up the good work. You deserve more than the 5 stars I’m allowed to give you.

We had a new boiler fitted under the ECO Flex Scheme. CRS staff were helpful and accommodating over the phone with arranging visits and installation. The surveyor (Cieran) from CRS was brilliant – helpful, polite and happy to explain everything. The actual installation was sub-contracted to a B&C Plumbing who did a great job – very tidy and respectful of the property. It was a conversion to a combi boiler and hence required significant new plumbing and the old hot water tank removed. Whilst still very early days, installation was only 7 days ago, very happy.

We received a mail shot from CRS offering a complete central heating installation as our home, with storage radiators, had a very low EPC rating. The process was very simple and we received the go ahead quite quickly. When the fitters, roofers and electricians arrived it was a very busy 3 days, but they accommodated all our wishes as to the placing of radiators and pipe runs etc. Without exception, everyone who worked on the project was extremely helpful and pleasant. We are now fully operational and would highly recommend this company. Usually when things sound too good to be true, they are.......but on this occasion our installation has been a true gift. We understand the power companies have funded these grants as compensation for not fulfilling their green targets and we have been lucky to benefit from it.

I used CRS in spring 2023 to do a fairly big retrofit including installing an Air Source Heat Pump, completely new 'wet' central heating system and a small solar panel array. Keith and the team were really helpful and friendly throughout and although there were a few hiccups and delays for various reasons, they kept communicating with me which really helped, until it was all completed.
A few months after the installation I had some concerns about the system and Keith was again incredibly helpful and supportive to make sure it was all resolved. I wasn't living locally during the work, so it was all done from a distance, but CRS made that not just possible, but easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Turned up 14/08/2023. The mess these 3 men left behind was unbelievable. No sheeting to cover my patio or the Cotswold stoned area. They even cracked my neighbours paving stones by pulling a huge generator over her paving. Total disregard for my premises and that of my neighbour. Disgraceful. 3 Days on, still cleaning up their mess.

Can only highly recommend this company. Fantastic service from start to finish. All the people we have dealt with, have been exceptionally helpful. Could not be happier.

Friendly team and good communication throughout. Slotted me in with an early appointment and did a good and thorough job, They happily continued working to complete, in spite of terrible weather setting in on the day.

Sorry to have to post here again but speaking to your staff just ends up with promises that never materialise.

I have been asking now for over a year for someone to sort out the radiators and the remote that controls the central heating system. It is now so bad that it can take me 15 minutes to either turn it on, off or alter the temperature. The second I touch it, it constantly goes black and flashes for me to set the date. Sometimes it can take a full minute before it flashes and I don't know if this will be the last time it works. It can take me 10-12 attempts before it works. It has switched itself on during the night a few times now so I have to turn it off at the boiler at night.

My radiators are so noisy, they hiss very loud and I have to turn them down to stop the noise. When I do this it makes a very loud metallic clunk.

The number of times I have been promised it will be fixed is just unacceptable.

I have asked on a few occasions for the name of the company that pays you to install the heating, needless to say nobody will tell me. They should know how you treat your customers.

If anyone has the choice to employ a company to install your heating - I recommend you go elsewhere.

UPDATE 30/11/22 CRS outsourced an engineer and he came today and sorted it out, he was brilliant. Hopefully that will be the end of it.

Outstanding company, they fitted our Heating system in the government scheme over a year ago and when another company came to service the boiler and found insignificant advisory issues, CRS came out the next day to take a look. Thank you so much to Nathan and all the staff at CRS for being so helpful and proactive.
