We would not keep going back...
We would not keep going back to Computer Angels when things go wrong if they were less than 'angelic' - not only in terms of know-how and ability to cure all IT ills, but also because they are friendly and helpful and don't look down on those of us who are rather inept technologically!! Speedy Update!
Michael diagnosed the problem (upgrading firmware for my printer) in seconds and solved it in minutes! He then helpfully explained how I could do this myself if it was needed again.

First choice for computer support
My first choice for computer support...this time for transferring my old laptop data onto a new one. Also tidying up the operation and simplifying user activities. They also advised on choice of new purchase. Also, sorted out some follow up problems at no extra charge. Friendly, helpful, efficient service.
