Having previously sold a property through Connect UK Auctions that i inherited i was impressed by the ease of the whole process and professionalism of the team.
I've recommended them to several of my friends who are looking to sell properties they gave inherited.

We sold via Connect UK and the whole experience was seamless. We were given realistic advice on price in order to achieve optimum market value. A special thanks to Rob Jenkins who guided us carefully and thoughtfully through the entire process during a challenging time. I would highly recommend!

Highly negligent and bully like behaviour-the negative reviews are true. You will regret using ConnectUK. The Advertising Standards Authority have logged a complaint in 2025 for 'misleading' behaviour with their land and investment activities- HUGE red flag for everyone considering ConnectUK. Rob Jenkins and his team are incompetent at their jobs.

Highly avoid as a buyer and as a seller- I should have listened to those in the industry as through word of mouth the reputation is not a good one. Even Agentic AI analysis of ConnectUK considers it as a 'red flag' business. Every communication point with this firm is to be in writing for their communication is highly manipulative and purposefully structured to go back on all verbal communications causing in misrepresentation to ensure buyers/sellers do not get what they want but instead what ConnectUK do. The genuine reviews are on Trustpilot and not Google reviews.chase or sale is not worth doing business with when it comes to using ConnectUK Auctions- there should be several negligent cases opened against their sales and operations process.

Their Google Reviews should be treated with caution as TrustPilot can not be manipulated. Evidence of the ASA ruling can be found by searching "ASA Ruling on Connect UK Sales Ltd"

How do they not have 1 star????....really unprofessional bunch. Go elsewhere.

Absolute scam, stay far far far away. Bid on plot of land they were auctioning and there were 4 equivalent plots in same field. Was pretty sketchy bid activity that pushed price to $16k for each plot and then I bid $17k on one and won. All 4 hit reserve price. Weirdly, the the three I didn't win got put back on the listing portal and will be "auctioned again in October". Super shady? Yes. I asked a bunch of questions including if the "mystery bidder" lost their deposit (if they didn't then 100% scam) and they said they'll need "14 days to respond"...and I had 21 days to complete on land or I might lose my deposit. I am speaking to lawyers and will move forward with legal action if they try and screw me and get as many investigations as I possibly can and will spend an arm and a leg to do so....SUCH A SHADY BUSINESS. STAY AWAY.

Beware, this company nearly always include access roads on their adverts. These roads do not currently exist, they have no planning permission and they're on the advert to make potential buyers believe a land locked plot can be easily accessed. If you're thinking of buying land for future devlopment, check with the local planning authority first, if you don't it's quite likely you'll end up with a plot of land you can do nothing with.

Be very careful of the land/picture/information from this “company”. Showed access roads/right of way that do not exist. They also lied about saying there were no restrictions on the land when an article four direction had been in place for months prior to the sale. Stay away.
