After trying for about 3 weeks to get answers to some of the tours I wanted to book I finally got tired of trying. They are unresponsive with emails (I sent 4) and with their web contact page.

I was finally able to connect with them on Instagram but they were out "exploring" so they didn't respond or claimed to have not received any of my messages.

If this is how they respond before you give them money how can you expect any kind of service after they have your money

Carlo V. was the best tour guide we had while traveling through Europe! He is passionate about Rome and was such an amazing teacher. We did the Vatican tour with him and when we go back to Rome, we will have him be our guide for the entire city. We cannot recommend him enough!

Waited for a live online lecture for 30 minutes that never started ("Waiting for host to start meeting"). Emails went unanswered until, four hours later, they said there were 'technical difficulties' and they would reschedule. Complete waste of time.

Context travel offer guided tours of the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam. A two hour tour costs $318-00. They offer the tour on line with a specific time slot and a guide. Shockingly they do so with neither a guide confirmed nor tickets for the museum. Waiting for my refund.
