Broken drinks dispenser
Rang Charles to come and fix my drinks dispenser on my fridge. He came the next day, ordered the part and returned to fix it 2 days later when the part was available. Happy with the service Charles gave, he was polite and got the job done quickly leaving no mess. Fridge now dispenses cold drinks and ice again. Would definitely use this company again.

Called earlier to Charles he got back to me promptly and arranged to come in a couple of hours which he did. I need a part but it was quite expensive he said he would look for a cheaper price and let me know. He has temporary fixed the problem and hopefully it will keep going for a while.

Avoid at all cost, spent £65 for call out then ordered a part for fridge for £147 demanded I pay upfront.Guy called Charles came and ordered a Part online that never arrived had to call the guy several times, he avoids your calls, texts and e mails, then I was told i'll get a refund waited over three weeks still haven't received my Refund, what waste of money and time, Basically Scammed!
Great service
Charles came round the same day that I called him with my issue. He was polite, friendly and professional and gave me a call 30 mins before he was due to attend my house. He was clear in his explanations as to what may be the issue with the fridge. He fixed the problem quickly and tidied up after himself. I would recommend and I will use again.

Avoid.. very rude. Demanded callout fee before even looking at the appliance. Refused to discuss and was unprofessional. I asked him to leave as felt something was off when he wouldn’t guarantee his work so why pay the call-out fee?

Not satisfactory resolution
Called and was attended to on the same day, was advised it would take 12 hours before fridge freezer would work again after re-gassing, 38 hours later still not working, called again and told it would be after the weekend before he called again, Rang again on the Monday was told it would be Thursday before he got here called him on Thursday before 3pm and was told he'd be here about 4pm, finished work early(loss of pay) was home waiting, at 6pm messaged, no reply. Friday (21.21pm) still no reply
PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY OBVIOUSLY CAN'T DO THE BASICS IN REPAIRS FROM MY EXPERIENCE
Callout was £65 + parts (£120) and still had to buy a new fridge freezer as the engineer doesn't know his trade beyond basics and communication is really poor. Had to buy new as no refrigeration for ten days.

Couldn't have asked for a better service, fast same day call out, checked everything, health checked the fridge, gave advice, no attempt to upsell or asking for money for parts that weren't needed. Highly recommend!
I had a poor experience with this…
I had a poor experience with this service. We were charged a £65 call-out fee, which had to be paid before the technician even looked at our fridge. The technician spent only five minutes at our property before informing my wife that the repair would cost £215.
We had been told that the £65 fee covered the call-out and one hour of repair work. To help streamline the process, we had already opened up the back of the fridge and sent a detailed video of its condition beforehand. This should have given the technician a clear idea of the parts and repair costs needed, but he did not share any estimates with us in advance. Instead, it seemed like he withheld this information to ensure he would still collect the call-out fee.
We had made it clear that we did not want to proceed with the repair if the parts were going to cost more than £150. Despite this, the technician did not provide any cost indication before arriving. When we questioned why he was only at our property for five minutes, he claimed that the £65 which includes 1hr repair would be deducted from the repair cost if we decided to proceed with the work.
I would advise caution to anyone considering this company. You will be charged £65 for a call-out fee, followed by a potentially high repair fee. In hindsight, I would recommend buying a new fridge instead.

Jay charged me £55 just to come and diagnose the problem with my fridge/freezer. He advised that it needed a gas refill. I gave him a further £300 when he came back and filled it. A couple of weeks later my fridge/freezer stopped working. I contacted Jay who said he would come back. I contacted him on numerous occasions. He never ever got back to me. £355 for nothing. I then had to buy a new one. As another reviewer pointed out, Jay spends a lot of time on his phone. In fact, alarm bells should have rung for me when he took a call from a very disgruntled customer complaining of Jay's 'fix' not working and him not getting back to him. I too will be informing trading standards. I believe a lot of the positive reviews on here are from Jay's family/friends and are made up, as many are not verified. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR JAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Con artist!
Brilliant job
Brilliant job, my elderly mother was let down by another engineer, I called up and he came the same day, it needed a new part and told us it would be a few days. The next day he came back with the part and sorted it. Very pleased
DON'T use, will take money and not fix, been reported.
Came round attempted to fix, wasn't able to then persuaded to pay additional £120 for a part up front. Then didn't show for a couple days and still couldn't fix when coming back with the said part. Wasn't Jay but an apprentice doing the job each time with him looking over which didn't help. Then Jay disappeared, multiple phone calls later and many broken promises attempted saying that will come, the fridge had completely broken by then, so had to buy a brand new one after 2 weeks of waiting and him deciding to try to come on a few hours notice when we weren't free. What an utter waste of £175 and time. Don't use him, nice at start and in person but never shows upon request. DON'T PAY UPFRONT. Stated a receipt was sent to my email address, but my email address was never given. Now we have no proof of ever paying him. Already been reported to trading standards. Lets see what they can do.

Incredibly friendly and professional. Came to my cafe and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Didn’t overcharge and no scamming for extra parts. Cheap price too. Will use these guys for every one of my cafes now. Would highly recommend to anyone!
