Poor customer service, don't like small businesses…
Years later and i am still to receive a reply and refund. I have been told that the account is still active and that I completed the course which is absolutely not true. No email, just responses to cover themselves on public platforms... what is laughable is that there was a response to this but no email or anything to resolve this issue. Really really terrible customer service. All that would need to be done is refund the account like honest decent people. I never did the course, no certification nothing. Let's clear this up once and for all.
I signed up for a course which at the time was 1 way over priced and 2 i hadnt started. I was told once purchased i could still get a refund. I never even looked at the course and was within 7 days of purchasing when i requested a refund. They took £500+ from me and cancelled my account. Please do not do a course with them!

Thanks for your message. I've reviewed your account and would like to clarify a few points.
You were originally enrolled onto the PfCO course in 2020 , which you completed online. In addition to this, we added the GVC course to your account at no additional cost as part of a goodwill gesture. As the PFCO course had been accessed and completed, this meant it was no longer eligible for a refund, in line with our terms.
It’s also worth noting that the total cost of the courses purchased was not over £500, as mentioned. Furthermore, your account remains active, and in fact, a year later you purchased the A2 CofC course, which is still available for you to access.
If you're having trouble logging in, you can request a password reset by contacting our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

This week, I completed the GVC Drone Course delivered by Benny, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of training delivered. What made it even more impressive was that this was our instructor’s first time delivering the course. You would never have guessed it.
His confidence, clarity, and composure were that of someone who had been teaching for years. The sessions were structured, informative, and engaging throughout. He created a supportive learning environment where questions were encouraged, complex topics were broken down with ease, and everyone felt involved.
The practical elements were handled brilliantly, and it’s clear he has a solid grasp of both the technical and operational sides of drone flying. I left the course feeling well-prepared, informed, and inspired.

4 months and still haven't received everything ordered!
We have lost another contract today due to them taking 4 months to provide everything purchased. They do not care once they made the sale. Scammers
