The item purchased was supplied exactly as ordered. While the customer unfortunately selected the incorrect part for their intended use, we went above and beyond by providing all the additional required attachments free of charge to help resolve the issue, despite the error not being on our side.
We’re committed to supporting our customers both before and after their purchase, and we believe our actions in this case reflect that commitment. If the original customer has any further concerns, we are always happy to assist directly.
Great experience, lovely instructors
Want to thank the team at Coptrz for a great learning experience. Went into the GVC course with no experience of flying a drone or air law. Joel delivered some great teaching during ground school and made us all feel confident before taking our exam. Also a shout out to Dylan who took us through flight coaching and our flying exam, no question was too silly and Dylan had a fantastic approach to teaching, reassuring us that we were very capable! Feeling much more confident to head out flying now!

Great instructor, clear workflow.
Paul is an excellent instructor/assessor - patient, gives clear instructions and provides good feedback. The course as a whole is constructed well and achieves the goal of giving ample preparation for flying a drone in line with UK regulations.

Great course
Both Paul and Luke are excellent Instructors their coaching was really good and able to fully support the whole team learning experience from complete novice to more experienced drone flyers. I feel a lot more confident now that I have completed the course

Very well ran course with excellent communication throughout process. I feel suitably trained to carry out UAS activity in the specified category as a result. GVC Training Course
The entire course was very engaging and very effective in making me understand all the important information needed. Both Joel and Dylan were great instructors who delivered the modules in a very clear and simple manner. The support provided through revision sessions for the tests were of great help and allowed me to feel confident going into it.

Poor service
Coptrz cancelled my A2 CofC purchased online, which was advertised at £57 inc VAT, stating they had forgotten to include VAT so I would need to reorder. It is now back up to £97 on the website.

There was a genuine pricing error on our website where VAT was incorrectly omitted from the displayed price. As soon as this was identified, we contacted affected customers, including yourself, to explain the issue and process refunds.

GVC and Flight coaching with COPTRZ
I took the GVC course with Coptrz. Both Luke and Joel are amazing instructors! They were very engaging and explained everything in a very clear and nice manner, always making sure that we are fully prepared for the assessment. I also took the flight coaching with Luke and I now feel way more confident to go out there and fly my drone safely and effectively. I would highly recommend them!

Highly Recommend
The GVC course was delivered well, the Instructor knew what he was talking about, and the venue was great (apart from the parking, recommended if out of town use a private car park and Uber).

Attended GVC course given by Freddie…
Attended GVC course given by Freddie Dresner. Very good class presentation and technique - good pace with plenty of revision sessions at end of modules, end of day and start of 2nd day. Instructions for practical flight assessment was clear and straightforward. Freddie’s teaching manner put people at ease. The location of the course at Highfield Park was very good - good class room, good lunches and easily location.

Where do I begin… From start to finish my GVC course has been amazing! Lovely Location, Amazing People and such amazing instructors! Freddie was my instructor and has been incredibly friend, professional and helpful throughout the whole course.
I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, Coptrz has blown me away with their help and guidance through my GVC and I will most certainly be doing more with them!

Very impressed with the experience. The in person theory tutoring was extremely useful and was taught efficiently. Freddie was very good at explaining concepts and was articulate about doing so - using a lot of his real-life stories and experiences also kept it engaging.
