Never received my order and totally ghost when trying to get help of customer service my money has been as good as stolen these people are crooks I since looked in to to it and they come in many different guiese and have ripped thousands of people off i don't understand why they haven't been stopped its totally illegal. Check on Google and its always from Brazil Google must know so I can't understand why they don't stop it or they don't care

This is NOT a reputable company. I ordered two pairs of boots that were plastic instead of leather as implied. I also ordered a trench coat that smelled of chemicals. To return the items to China would cost over $400!!! A total loss of my $200. NO-NO-NO Do NOT under any circumstances order ANYTHING from these crooks!

Total Scam. They billed twice for an incorrect order. Would not cancel. After a month, I found out they had not paid for US postage. Their AI said I had to pay it. Told them I couldn’t since USPS had refused the package. Unable to speak to a person. So glad I used PayPal.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a coat as a Christmas gift. The website made it sound like a US based company, and I had enough time to get it. My friend ordered the same item; she lives in another state. Hers arrived 5 days late. It was awful; she sent me video and the “coat” was a joke. It was like a cheap blanket with a couple of buttons. I was going to immediately return it - but in my case it never arrived. I had to go out Christmas Eve to get a different gift!! Supposedly it arrived 12/30 or 12/31 (I got two different “your item was delivered” emails. However, we were already out of town and I assume porch pirates got it (the joke is on them!!). Bottom line? I even got an email early on that a shipping label was “created” in a town in New York State… which led me to believe it would arrive by Christmas. Terrible customer service, lousy delivery services, cheap goods AND lies about being US based. Save your money.

China based company fronting as a USA owned company. Products are garbage and refused to give a full refund after the fact. Even though their FAQ sheet says full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Poor quality, incorrect sizing and it took 6 weeks to be delivered after saying it would take 7 days. Unable to contact company to arrange a return. Really disappointed

Do not be tempted to buy from this company. Ordered 3 dresses, should have known better. Nothing like the pictures, absolutely dreadful quality and even the colours aren't as per the website pictures.
Tried to contact customer services as advised in the returns section on their website, but no reply and now saying the email address doesn't exist!!

Hi I'm trying to return my order ad the dresses are to big, but when I try the contact address its saying not found, also saying ny order number is wrong, its the one on my invoice

Rubbish Zero stars is what this company should have. Not to be trusted complete con. Why are they allowed to continue in this way disgusting.

Waited 3 weeks for the dress to arrive.
When it eventually did, it was not what I had ordered. It was supposed to be a cotton dress and it was 100% polyester.
Also, such bad quality, printed fabric when the cotton dress they advertised was plain.
I sent an email to the address they give to ask for refunds and it remained unsent as the address was not recognised.
Wasted £22.
Disgusting that they can get away with this.
Please don’t get caught out and waste your hard earned money with these scammers.

Don't order anything of this site.l ordered 2 dresses. Nothing like the pictures. They are cheap and nasty. Stated the material was cotton and its some kind of polyester. would ask for my money back if l could .The email for customer services does not exist So they will go to the Charity shop.

Still not received my jacket that I ordered WEEKS ago. No contact number to call, emailed over a week ago and still no response. Now got to claim my money back with my bank, will be reporting to trading standards.

The quality of their products are terrible - no one responds to the customer return email - terrible products and terrible service

Atrocious service! Wished to return an item which was hideous quality & didn’t fit. Ordered it for Christmas … it arrived in January. I emailed them several times as you can’t return stuff to where it’s been sent from …… absolutely NO reply or acknowledgement of my emails. Now the item has timed out for return …… & I am left with a ghastly garment.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Oh my goodness - I wish I'd seen these reviews. Exactly the same experience! Ordered a top guaranteed to arrive for Christmas, it arrived in January. Size far too big, poor quality and a button missing! Have emailed so called 'customer services' asking for instructions on how to return and to receive a refund. NO REPLY. This is appalling service. Please do not buy anything from this company.

Further to my earlier review - as with others, when it arrived, it was huge, not the size advertised. All emails go unanswered, but you can't return it without contacting 'customer services'.... it's a scam - avoid this company!

My order took far longer to be delivered than was stated.
I followed the size guide but my order was far too big.
No response whatsoever to my many emails requesting their returns/refund actions to be followed.
