I ordered a top on 12 December I was reassured when emailing that the item would be with the courier soon and not to worry.
I received it 4 weeks after ordering.
I have emailed 3 times requesting returns instructions as I want a full refund all emails have been unanswered. ****AVOID ****

Same problem, ordered dress, too long need to send back, numerous emails and message on their website - NO ASWER - do not use them!

I ordered a top for Christmas - they state 5-7 days delivery - which arrived on 31st December (over two weeks later). Poor quality which I now want to return but they simply don’t answer emails. I’ve tried writing on Fb, Fb messaging and emailing - nothing. It seems I’m not alone - wish I’d looked here first! DO NOT USE!

Just wanting a return label and nothing - needs Ombudsman to get hold of these idiots - do not order under any circumstances

Foolishly ordered a top for Christmas which came in the new year. Ordered blk and I received a red one, not ven taken it out the bag. No reply to emails so going to raise a dispute with my bank and hopefully get a refund. Stay clear!!!!

Poor quality and you can’t return, they don’t respond to emails. Don’t buy.

I ordered a top for Christmas Day on 14th December. It arrived on 31st December and was too big.
I have been trying to contact them since 31st December to get return details. No one has replied!!!
I just need to get the return details as I no longer want this top.

Ordered a top which arrived weeks later and looked nothing like the advertised one. No response to emails regarding a return - do not touch with a barge pole!

I purchased a jumpsuit in November. It arrived mid December as it was sent from China (nothing indicates clothing is shipped from China, but the payment when made was a Chinese company). Anyway the jumpsuit was trash. It was poorly made and fit terribly so I tried to return - however you cannot just return it you have to email them…. Except they do not reply to emails. After weeks of no response I raised a dispute with my credit card company and have been refunded that way. My advice would be to avoid!

Shocking….I finally got my delivery…my dress was nothing like advertised. And absolutely no responses to my emails.

I ordered a sequinned top on 16th December and have still not received it. I have emailed Customer Services twice and still nothing - no response. I am beginning to think the company is a scam 😩😩😩😩😩

I didn't look for or read reviews on here until after I'd ordered. I then worried I'd been scammed as others suggested. But, I have to say, apart from the change of delivery date, I am really pleased with my blouse, the price, quality and size are great. Not a scam after all

Do not order from this Company. Total scam. 4 emails and no response despite saying they have 24 hr response time. I got an email asking me to review my product which I haven’t received. How do I get my money back? Someone somewhere is having a very happy Christmas on stollen money!!

Do not order from this company!! Their communication is non existent and I’ve emailed four times asking how I return an item, no response.

Think this company needs to be reported to Facebook they are making a lot of money from orders customers don’t receive can’t get refund it’s a total scam disgusting . Who can I report them to so no one else is scammed and lose their money ?
