Horrible. Would give zero stars if that was possible. Ordered roses on February 3rd. Site stated the would be received by Valentines Day, and it's February 22nd no- their site hasn't updated since the 5th that the order was ready for USPS pic up. Ive sent 4 emails and have had zero response.

Ordered flowers for my wife for valentine's day on the 6th of February. I also requested them to be delivered earlier than the 14th and it's now the 20th and tracking still says the package is in Kansas. Have tried to contact them about a refund or even just the flowers that I paid for, but instead received an email that was meant to be sent to some other person who hadn't received their flowers either. I will be contacting the better business bureau and I suggest everyone do the same. BUYER BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This was the single worst product I have ever received, not built, arrived looking terrible, cheap material, was late to arrive, and this expensive? I will never use you guys again. And will insure nobody purchases anything from this company.

The Company advertised bouquets of artificial roses with decorative paper. Models smile holding their flowers. Problem is they deliver your Loved one a brown cardboard box with wire stems separately. Your Loved one is expected to use a QR code to learn how to put the flowers together and how to fold the paper. WORST GIFT EVER. I tried to get my over $100 back via their customer service. They have no customer service. They refused to give me a refund because the flowers were not damaged. Do not buy these flowers. They are full of glitter which each flower has and goes everywhere when you put the flowers together. They say they are a small business and can't afford to give me a refund. Lesson learned never using their products again.

This company is a joke honestly.
1/ place order on 2nd Feb and it said "order for Valentines Day", I ha e even paid for priority postage, guess what...it is delivered on 19th (5 days after V Day). When i emailed them 2 days before V Day, they even blame the courier service for slow action, however their tracking actually shows they despatch the order 1 week after the order is placed (waste of time)
2/ lucky I'm the one who recive the parcel/flowers, otherwise my wife would have killed me for such a Big SURPRISE!! I can't even called it a bouquet of flowers, as it came in a box pretty dissembling, they give you the flowers which you need to put them onto the stem, they give you a wrapping paper which you need to figure out how to wrap, they give you a roll of sticky tape and ribbon too! This is a "Art work/Toy for kids" rather than ordering a flower for your love ones.

And of course after i sent a complaint email, they didn't even reply you (as a usual practice from a doggy comoany)

If you kill your relationship with your love ones, feel free to order it.

I just received my order. I had my wife open it thinking it would be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Let me tell you that it was the most disappointing thing I have ever seen. These are advertised as preserved fresh flowers and what you receive is fake disassembled flowers. Ive even contacted in a previous email regarding shipping and didnt even get a response back.
DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Its a scam and a shame people can be this dishonest!!

This is scam as other people are saying. I placed my order on 2nd Feb and it’s still not here. There is no way to contact them.

Ordered my flowers in mid January. It is now 4 days after Valentine’s Day. Not a single employee or representative has reached out to update me on my order, and I still have not reached my $250+ fake flowers. I ended up having to purchase a real bouquet day-of, as I had expected the gift to have arrived by then, or at the very least I expected some communication. Nothing. Thanks corazon for sodomizing my holiday AND my wallet. Would not recommend ever, and honestly I hope this company goes under, as I cannot imagine how many people they’ve disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCT IS A GODDAMN SCAM. When I saw these advertised to me on Instagram, I was floored, thinking "wow, my girlfriend is going to love these!", so I spent $100 thinking that I would receive a fully assembled bouquet of roses. Instead, I got a damn box with the roses disassembled. Not only that, but it looked cheap. The stems were plastic, and fairly certain the roses were as well. The videos on how to assemble them are absolutely terrible, they're sped up for god knows what reason. It took me nearly 2 hours to assemble these, and they still look terrible. Unless you have prior experience creating bouquets of roses, do not buy these. You're going to have an extremely difficult time and are going to regret it. I'm disappointed and infuriated, and I feel so ripped off

Do not order anything from this company. They are two trailer park scammers.. Purchased roses from them thinking I was getting glitter dusted roses for Vday, and they are cheap plastic flowers that you need to assemble. Nothing on their website states they are plastic, or faux... Spread the word about these two ladies.

They dont do returns or refunds because they know they are scamming people

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. It’s a complete scam! The roses were hard not even plastic. You can get better roses from the dollar tree and they’re charging $200. I pray that no one else is scammed and patronizes this company. My son waited to long for his package and after notifying them that he no longer wanted the merchandise because it was taking too long to arrive and requesting a refund over 3 times they sent the products anyway. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! They will have no good luck at the rate they’re going

Poor expectations on ordering a disassembled bouquet. Packaging was horrible and caused the flowers to be damaged. No response from customer service.

Don't recommend getting anything from them. Placed an order on January 22 thinking I should receive my order before Valentine's day wrong still to this day I haven't received my order. Customer service is a complete joke they don't have a phone number to contact them only thru email and they won't respond back till 3 day later and still won't resolve the issue. Word of advice don't wait your time or money with these people

If I could do no stars I would. They charge you over $200 for a bouquet, additional shipping charged was applied for Valentine's Day. The flowers are disassembled when they arrive. She throws in a roll of tape and tissue paper with instructions on how to make the bouquet yourself. Total rip off and of course does not allow you to leave a review on her website.

Assembly required and using usps so I know it’s not going to arrive on time

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I lost my money cuz they never delivered my item and they're stating they delivered it to a state I don't even live in! I WISH I would've read reviews and looked for info before spending sooooo much money to get it here before time and they not answering my emails or service. I now have to fight with the bank regarding these scammers and frauds they're committing and misleading commercials and posts regarding their items. They ruined my surprises for yesterday cuz I was counting on this being delivered on time. I hope these reviews reach people to not order from here ever again!!!

The product itself is amazing and very beautiful. Though they should make it very clear that assembly is required. All it says on the website is instructions included, which is not extremely obvious. And they have the option to delay shipping till Valentine's Day, I was expecting them to arrive at my wife's work as a complete bouquet of roses.... Not in a box that requires assembly. There goes my extra brownie points! A little disappointing there. Otherwise I would have had them shipped as soon as I place the order so I could assemble them. That is the only reason I did not give them five stars.

Got sent a box of rose heads with no stems that looked like they got made in a kindergarten class.
Absolutely would not recommend..
