This is the worst company, fraud, scammers. Please save your self time and money. I ordered valentine gift since 11th, paid for 2days expedite shipping and still no product on the 15th. Ruin Valentine, no response from them or nothing. And after using mt credit card with them, I start seeing fraudulent charges on my account. Please save your money and time.

Scam, don’t waste your time and money, cheap Chinese bs, and btw it comes in pieces, and you have to assemble yourself. I should have checked here first…

Very cheap Chinese quality (I can't even call roses). This should be worth $15 max, not what they are charging and misleading the public. Also they come completely disassembled so you need to spend an hour putting everything together, and it looks cheap. Wish I would think of reading these reviews before buying them. Don't make the same mistake.

I was expecting way more for the price at least something assembled not a cheap DIY dollar store product….i had to tell my wife to help me assemble it and it was for her on valentines…I’m so pissed off!!!

I wish I would have known that I had to assemble this as I definitely wouldn't have purchased it if that's the case.  I'm not artsy at all and these instructions are terrible.  They are a bunch of fast pace videos and I have to keep going back and forth trying to figure out how to assemble this.  This is very disappointing.  I thought I could surprise my wife when they delivered and was really upset that I had to assemble like this.  You should advertise that more clearly on your website so people know that.  I've been working on this for over an hour and it still looks nothing like the videos.  My wife will most likely have to assemble her own gift unfortunately.  

The company can begin with being transparent and stop misleading people with the product and the way they’re shipped !!!
They are cheap fake roses and it’s basically a kit to assemble yourself. Absolute joke !!! Don’t waste time and or monies.
The return policy is just a good as the product they sell. Garbage and don’t care about customer satisfaction.
Scammers !!! Stay far away !!!
Oh and if you live outside the USA be prepared to pay duties for fake flowers.

My girlfriend ordered the black bouquet of sparkling roses. The box was delivered and no bouquet was together. It was more like a DYI project with dollar store roses that I had to assemble myself!

Where do I start?

I saw their ads and figured why not. It'd be a good Valentine's Day gift. The ordering process was simple or so I thought. I selected the option for "Valentine's delivery" to my fiance's job. Just for them to deliver it two days early. When I received the notification that it had been shipped in its estimated time to get there I tried reaching out to UPS in order to reroute it to my home or to reschedule for actual Valentine's Day. When doing so I was told by UPS that the company had a restriction placed on it so I, the person who placed the order in the actual customer was unable to reroute my own order.

I reached out to the company multiple times via email requesting them remove the restriction and all I was sent back was tracking that I already had.

It ended up getting delivered to the dock receiving area of her job. Another thing was the false advertisement.

Not only do they not tell you that the wrapping paper that normal flowers would come in is going to be folded in a box. They don't tell you that the roses are placed onto fake plastic stems that you have to tape on yourself like a damn arts and crafts project. The glitter gets everywhere. And the nice box that had the preserved flower heads had been thrown around so much that they were knocked out of their little placement and there was glitter all over the place.

What if I was going to propose in these flowers were a pivotal part? What if it got delivered on a day that receiving wasn't there to even get the flowers to her?. If you're going to advertise a complete project send them as a complete project.

I'm still yet to receive emails and then after it was delivered incorrectly they had to nerve to respond to me with instructions on how to put it together. This was the greatest bait and switch I've seen in recent history. I will never be ordering from them again and I don't recommend that you do the same.

I would do zero stars but I had to pick one and simply for the fact that at least the rose heads looked very nice.

I have yet to receive any correspondence about my initial complaint nor any effort in making the situation right. If the company itself is reading this review. I say to you to simply be more honest about your product, don't put restrictions on shipping, and maybe going forward send a complete project.

Small update - You have to look deep into the specifics of the return policy to find out that it comes disassembled. Again it is not advertised that way and also you're only allowed to cancel if it's within 4 hours and also only allowed to return it if it's damaged and shipping which more than likely happens because the roses never stay in the places in the packaging that they're supposed to and glitter gets everywhere.

I would advise simply making sure that if a customer is dissatisfied that they are able to return the item if need be.

Ordered on 20th of January, it’s almost 14th of February - they’re not responding. Typical dropshippers, can’t blame them, probably ROAS 50 on our stupid assess. You can’t find one legit company that sells these things.

Hope they will send it though, but wouldn’t be surprised if they are noshippers from Dubai

I ordered some roses for my birthday on January 28 and paid for priority shipping, which is 1-2 days. Tomorrow will be February 4, and I am still waiting. I have emailed them more than five times and have not received a reply. I regret not checking the reviews before spending over 100 dollars. Now I’m anxious about how they will look after seeing all your reviews. I feel powerless because there’s no number to call, only email, and I still haven't heard back. Please please please do not order from this company the communication is horrible.

They do NOT accept returns despite their website claiming they do; trust me, I tried 5 times. The flowers come unassembled. They are the cheap and not like the photos. You can get the same ones on Aliexpress for $8.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS THESE ARE CHEAP PLASTIC DOLLAR STORE ROSES! I feel bad for anyone else who gets scammed by this company, they won’t refund you and you’ll be stuck with cheap ugly 1$ plastic roses. It’s embarrassing how ugly these are, absolutely nothing like they advertised. Disgusting business, shame on you.

Dollar store quality flowers that just came in a box unassembled with no return policy. This is nothing but a scam! High priced cheap quality flowers with no refunds! They have their refund policy set up that way on purpose knowing the customers will be disappointed after paying so much money for crappy fake flowers.

Ordered $200 in glitter roses to be delivered to the new Yorker hotel for NYE 2025 delivery was late showed up in January after i repeated ask for rush shipping horrible customer service not able to reship the roses it's now January 21 still no refund or flowers they are very unprofessional and overpriced AMAZON is cheaper with better delivery don't waste your $$ not worth the headache

I order the flower for my wife it came after 2 delays. the flowers are fake and not assemble. I tried to assemble it myself but were not enough material to assemble all the flowers so i only did half. after all that i tried to contact them for refund but they refused.

Got the roses for my girlfriend and the product is not as described on website. The roses and not real at all. And the entire bouquet comes in pieces. The shipping container came in a complete mess. They should have better shipping also if you paid for shipping protection, only for it to not be protected. You have to put the bouquet together yourself. Something else that was false advertised. This entire website is a sham in my opinion. So expensive and misleading. Probably Chinese bought material resold for high price. Don’t buy. Just buy real or fake roses and add glitter yourself. 100% bad experience.

I didn't like the roses that I received. My wife neither. It does not match what they advertise. 

It's a scam for so much money. It looks like a china product that one could buy for a few dollars.
