I loved the hair shampoo and conditioner, smelled divine but unfortunately for me, these didn't improve the frizzy hair I now have following menopause. However the company offered a no quibble refund which was refunded quickly and with absolutely no hassle. Great customer service.

I contacted the company and they very quickly came back with a personal response. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue and showed extreme compassion. Their products are wonderful to use and their customer service really is exemplary. They should send their team out to train all customer service people countrywide. The shampoo and conditioner were recommended by a friend. I used regularly and for at least 6 weeks but my hair continued to look lank and greasy. I emailed the company but was told to persevere. I emailed again 4 weeks ago have had no response . I’m now a month over their money back guarantee.

I love all the products’ hair and skin. I have just tried the soap , it leaves your face so soft bringing your skin back to life and smells lovely. Definitely will buy some more.

I have been using for a few months, the shampoo and conditioner and can honestly say my hair is shedding less hair, and getting slowly stronger, and last week for the first time in years, I got away with not washing my hair for a week, the condition is improving so much.

I tried the shampoo and conditioner and reported to the company my hair didn’t feel great quite coarse. They wrote back to keep going . Still after a month was not good so wrote to them asking for my money back and also explaining I had not used the purple shampoo and conditioner at all only the normal ones. No response back. I would avoid this company! My hair looked stiff and dull throughout.

Tried this purple shampoo as have used others brands previously. It’s not harsh and leaves my hair feeling really soft and manageable . I used it regularly until I got the tones I wanted in my hair colour. Such a lovely product , so glad I swapped
