Hello there,
Although the Obi Wan costume came in the right size and on time, no issues with that.

The Boots however, different story altogether, the measurements I made for the boot size are completely different to what I recieved. I need those boots by early september and i'm stuck with boots that are too tight to wear!

I filed a complaint with them and they weren't very empathetic to my plight (Probably a Sith Lord).
Told me to sell it on Gumtree and eBay, which I cannot, being on benefits.
Their other solution was to return to sender for a refund for which I have to fork out the full shipping cost!
Or.. I keep the boots with my next purchase coming with a 15% off coupon, no thanks!

Reason I don't give it a 1 star is because the Robe and apparel came on time and fits perfect, the rest is down to their shoddy returns policy.

Never doing business with you again. Avoid this company, it is a wretched hive of scum and villiany, you must be cautious, If you don't want s product in the wrong size? Otherwise be prepared for a disturbance in the force, you'll have to get your wallet out and go through the stress of repackaging and waits at the post office. Or you are stuck with something that doesn't fit.
15% off my next product does't cut it if you're just going to put me through this again and take more of our money.
Your policies need to change to free returns. Thought you were an British company? Cause in the past I just sent back freepost and got my refund with no hard feelings and still did business.. Now? So uncivilised.

UPDATE: After several back and fourths with this company. They have made it clear that they will not pay for my shipping costs for this return. I was willing to perhaps add a more favourable review, may of been 2-3 stars, but at least i'd of notified customers that they were willing to help with delivery returns.

They will not and instead offered me coupons in exchange for a higher star review.. Are they allowed to legally do that? Feel like they've just tried to bribe me to keep quiet?

Rather than throw coupons at me, they could just sort themselves out and pay for the shipping. I am stuck with these boots that are 2-3 sizes too small.

My rating has been reduced from 2 to 1 star. Never doing business with you again and will tell everyone of my friends and family to avoid this company.
Don't care how many times you throw your policies at me, they're outdated and ridiculous. You've spoiled the costume party I was going to; be too late to get replacement boots. Got what you wanted, you took my money and fled!

I was quite anxious about ordering from here after seeing some of the bad reviews, but I literally couldn’t fault them at all! I ordered my costume on 5th and got it on the 13th! I ordered The Mask costume and it was delivered today. I ordered it on the 28th of June (11 days to be delivered). They replied by email when I raised concerns about it arriving on time. I got a tracking number with CNE express for when In china then Royal Mail tracking for when it landed at Heathrow. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews as I can’t fault them at all.

Please avoid this site; less you want to be scammed out of your money. I ordered a cosplay at the end of April this year. It’s now June and I’ve had no updates nor emails at all. A tracking number wasn’t given to me either; it’s been stuck on ‘preparing shipment’ ever since. I’ve tried to contact them in a polite manner and I’ve heard nothing back. That’s £80 gone straight down the toilet. Please avoid this site for your own sanity

Ordered a costume and they take 7-15 working days to dispatch but the shipping page makes it seem like it'll be so much faster when it's not a custom item.
I bought items that weren't custom and it took the full 15 days to ship.
I tried to contact them to find out what was happening because I needed them for an event and didn't pay upgraded shipping. No response.
I emailed again threatening to get a refund and got 2 responses, one which they claim was sent the week before.

The responses offered I could pay for upgraded shipping as they still hadn't shipped. I paid the same day I got the email and miraculously they've now shipped and they didn't get upgraded.
So that was an absolute waste of time.
The customer service is a joke and luckily I don't have to fight for a refund for the shipping as they've said they've already refunded it.

I wouldn't be as bothered but it's not like these look like expensive costumes. They're printed suits and I bought from their stock list so why does it take so long to ship?

In the matter of honesty they have given me a 10% refund as an apology and my items cakes JUST in time for the event (though once they were handed to a UK courier I got zero updates and I didn't even know what courier had the parcel once it was in the UK so keep that in mind - I work from home so could get my parcel, others might not be so lucky)

I've ordered from CosHDuk many a time and have been really pleased with the quality for the price. Their higher end priced costumes are unsurprisingly much better than those in the lowest bracket. My favourite costume from them is my Fennec Shand which fits amazingly, is very comfortable, and using lovely materials. As a UK 10/12 with bigger hips, sometimes it can be tricky to get the right size so definitely look carefully as the size guides and if in doubt size up. If you're like me and don't sew, CosHDuk is a great way to get into cosplaying.

I got the black widow avengers 3 cosplay this coaplay was really high quality in my opinion, the best sizing as well.

Ordered a fancy dress costume and paid. 20 minutes later I emailed them to cancel the order as I had found a better one on their website that I wanted instead. 6 hours later, I received and email saying that the order had already been despatched, so they couldn't issue a refund. The website clearly states that all orders will be refunded in full if cancellation is made with 24 hours of placing the order. My cancellation was 19 minutes after ordering, yet they still despatched it anyway and told me no refund was possible.

They ignore their own stated company policy.

Purchased 2 items in plenty of time for my sons birthday.

Items didn't arrive fir hid birthday so I told him the gifts should be with us any day now. I contacted the company and they advised they hadn't dispatched yet as this would take a further 8 to 15 days on top of the 10 days I had already waited.

Company advised there was a preparation time of 8 to 10 days thrn a further dispatch time scale of 8 to 15 days

Far far too long to wait for an item Purchased.

I complained to Company and they just said it will be on its way next week. Then the next email I got was a notification of a refund WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR as I had already told my son the gifts were on their way.

My son now very disappointed as he was looking forward to the gifts.

Like another reviewer has stated, Chinese company posing as a UK one. Ordered a costume in a bigger size because their sizing is all over the place. Arrived and was still massively wrong. So wanted to return to exchange for larger size (hopeful). They had the cheek to suggest I sell it on ebay instead of returning it and they would give me 15%discount on a new one. So they can keep my money and then get even more of my money. After saying no I want to return which came out my own pocket £60 following all their instructions so they can avoid fees for customs, off to China it went. Now they claim they cannot collect it and said I should try get it returned so they could give me a bit more of a refund. Clearly a dodgy company that make things cheap and roll in the money from people that happen to have issues with their costume. Note I'm a medium but ordered a large. The trousers didn't even get past my thighs and I'm not a muscular guy!

Be very wary ordering from here! They will fill you false hope your order will arrive for when required and then advise differently days before this is required, regardless of the fact its ordered in plenty of time to arrive when needed and advised it would be shipped by the end of one week to then be told its still being processed the following week!

The site has a good range of costumes from various fandoms, however they should update what sizes they have available. I wanted to buy an MK1 Smoke cosplay in XXL, however they had only XL, I was refunded and given a discount. Eventually I managed to get an XXL Sub Zero cosplay which arrived fairly quickly once I asked for a code.

If you wish to buy in larger sizes double check with them before doing so, they should see what they have and adjust their site. That said I was given answers within 24hrs or less and are professional.
