I recieved a cosplay from collaborations it arrived fast and was packed really well. The quality of the costume is good for that price, just be careful with the sizing and check the size chart.

I had a great experience with CosHD! The quality of the costume I got was as expected, and the shipping was quite fast considering they needed to make more of the costume in my size. The wig was also easy to work with and very thick, as well as it having nice parting. All of the details on the costume were spot on, it really made my Tamsy cosplay come to life!

SCAM! Do not order. Costumes are terrible, I spent £130 for which I am told they were offer a 10% refund and asked me to sell them myself on eBay! Reporting the company to trading standards and ombudsman

I ordered a Mortal Kombat Kitana cosplay costume. The first one got lost in the mail due to the US Postal Service, but the store was very helpful and sent me a new one without any issues. I love it—it’s high-quality, colorful, and the size is perfect.

I’ve purchased the lesserafim Kiriko, Ashe and got sent the default Kiriko from Overwatch as part of a collaboration. The cosplays are great! They’re super cheap compared to other cosplay companies online and the postage was super quick and professional! I’ve always had really good communication from them too, I’d definitely recommend if you need a cosplay costume ♥️

I recently ordered a costume from this company, and the experience was very disappointing. The item arrived with black manufacturing "alignment marks" across the chest. When I contacted customer service, they told me I should simply "wash it" myself to fix the defect. A customer should never have to wash a brand-new item to make it wearable.
Furthermore, the quality of the trousers and shirt does not match the professional photos on their website. When I asked for a refund, they offered a measly 10% and informed me that I would have to pay for tracked shipping back to China, which costs nearly as much as the item itself. This is a common tactic to make returns impossible.
To make matters worse, they expect the customer to pay for expensive international shipping to China for returns, even for defective items. Their 10% refund offer is an insult. I do not recommend this company. Don’t buy!!!

Yes an email was sent 30% for an item I cannot use or return due the cost! So I have spent a lot of money for an cosplay out my son isn't able to use

The sizing was completely wrong on the jacket I ordered (and I checked against the size guide) but it was far too small.
No option for refunds unless item is faulty, if it's the wrong size it's tough luck!

I received my cosplay Howl's moving castle very quickly. The quality of the clothes materials are really good, and the measurements are true to their size chart 👌🏻 Communication was good and efficient; I'm so happy with the costume and would definitely recommend them for future purchases🫶🏻✨

I was extremely skeptical given the mixed reviews but I'm glad I purchased from this site.

The Lucy Gray Baird costume was a fraction of the price elsewhere and looked on the website to be pretty decent quality. I worried about size as I was in-between, so I contacted customer service who recommended I size up.

The item was dispatched the day after ordering and arrived within 5 days from placing the order! I was very happy with this as I know they give longer timeframes just in case of delays and busy periods.

It arrived new in packaging and in a green sturdy jiffy bag. The costume itself is beautiful, with only slight imperfections. I raised these with customer service who advised this was the pattern they followed, but they offered me a courtesy small refund.

Overall, I would recommend buying from this company for an affordable costume.

Zero stars. If you are contemplating buying from this seller DO NOT. They claim to be a uk company even has a uk address on the postage label yet if you want to return something because of the misleading sizes then it costs £33 to return to china!!

CosHD are one of the top cosplay stores out there, from the great range of options to the quick delivery times. The customer service team reply quickly and always aim to help in a timely manner, the social media team is always active and very responsive. All round great experience and high quality items!

My order STILL hasn’t came it’s my child’s world book day tomorrow considering the order had a month to come the service has been diabolical. I emailed them a week and a half ago and still it took another 5 days to process after the previous 3 weeks they had. I’ve a really upset little girl with no costume for world book day. The company is advertised as being in the uk and delivery within two weeks absolutely horrendous customer service. A month is more than enough time to come.

Absolutely amazing cosplays! I got my maid Cherribomb cos from them and it’s perfect! I felt so confident in it and the shipping was fast! I will be buying for Coshduk in the future HEHEHHE!
