I had a collab with COSHD everything was delivered correctly and received earlier than anticipated.
The costume it’s self is simple made with thin basic material, fits well needs small adjustments but that’s easy to make.
It’s a great option for those starting out in cosplay/fancy dress outfits!
Overall happy with my experience and willing to check out their other costumes in future.

I purchased 2 Rumi demon hunters costumes to compare sizes for my 6 year old granddaughter who is obsessed with Rumi, I purchased 130cms and a wig, costing around £58, and one at 140cms, which cost around £46. Whe they arrived they looked amazing, so realistic, I decided the 130cm outfit would be perfect for my granddaughter so enquired how to return the larger outfit, to which I was told, the cost of returning the item would cost roughly the same as what it had cost, so I was told to accept a 10% refund and I could sell the outfit o ebay. I reluctantly accepted. Boxing day arrived and I was so excited to see my granddaughters face when she opened her present. She squealed and laughed with excitement. She was so keen to wear it, we got her dressed in it and added all the chains and epolettes to the outfit which were secured by pins encased in metal which were presses into the material, within 20 minutes the pins had broken off the outfit leaving my granddaughter distraught and inconsolable. The quality of the outfit was so poor, I wish I had just bought a plastic outfit from Amazon for £10. I am writing this review to make people aware, the quality of products from this company and the way they treat their customers is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid, pretending they are a UK company. No returns address in UK. Stating I ordered wrong size even though I never ordered kids size, sizing on the kids costume was the same as the adults - go figure!!
When you ask for a refund, you have to wait for them to give you return address and then they try and offer you 10% back as the fees would be 'high'.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
As a mother of a cosplay fan, you've lost what could have been a good customer.

Extremely low quality cosplays, I'm not so sure about the "HD". I paid for two separate cosplays costing me just a little over £90 on what looked like a huge saving on these cosplays. I thought I was getting a bargain. As they arrived, I quickly realised these were no sales, just very cheaply made cosplay items made to look like they were on sale.

Cosplay 1, Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat. came with lots of separate parts, trousers, mask, undershirt, jacket, belt, gloves, only the undershirt and the jacket are redeemable, I will have to go out of my way to find higher quality of the other parts needed.

Cosplay 2, Emet Selch from Final Fantasy XIV. Very cheap-feeling, extremely creased and doesn't iron out well, has a sheen to it that wasn't shown in the images on the website. Extremely disappointed.

TLDR: Be careful of what looks like huge discounts; these cosplays are tacky, and only some parts of one out of two of the cosplays were redeemable.

I wouldn't order from this company, took about 3 weeks to process an order, not even shipped. They have a rubbish returns policy. When I tried to reach out to support I didn't even get a resonse.

A month has now passed and I have not received my parcel, they used Yodel to deliver it who left it on my doorstep (“in a safe place as instructed”) this was certainly not my instruction.

They are waiting on Yodels “investigation” and refusing to issue a refund. Spent £60 to receive absolutely nothing and had to go and spend more cash elsewhere.

Terrible company and terrible quality costumes, I had ordered a costume and cancelled it 25 minutes later as my girlfriend had already ordered me it without telling me but they decided to ship it out anyway without reading my cancellation email which was sent 25 mins after my order and now when I’m trying to refund it they are offering me 10% back even though their policy says if u cancel within 24hours you will get a full refund I have been emailing back and forth and they have been useless the whole time aswell as when I got my suit the mask was massive and didn’t fit anyone in my household as it was too big for everyone they are a joke and I would reccomend everyone to go somewhere else for their costumes.

I ordered something with 24 hour processing time and I had received no reply or notification over a week later. I emailed to see if it had been shipped or not but another item was not 24 hour processing and therefore they didn’t send out the other part of the order. When I requested a refund my item had magically been shipped out. The shipping is ridiculously expensive for 5-8 day shipping it should be next day delivery for £20. The costumes are also stated to be custom made but are not tailored specifically to you there is a range of sizes and you pick a size just like you would in primark meaning they can sell them to anyone else who chooses that size so their refund policy is just as ridiculous. Better off buying elsewhere

Ordered a costume and wig bundle and received part of the costume (the wig) within days of ordering. After messaging regarding the whereabouts of the rest of my costume they replied saying it would be speeded up. Around a week later I get another message to say it wasn't gonna turn up in time and could have %10 off if waited or could refund. Obviously opted for a refund. When the refund came through I only got part of what I paid. Missing (£18) Messaged to enquire why and how to return the no longer needed unused wig. Turns out I have to pay the return costs to shanghai China and also must be received within a deadline of 2weeks of receiving the item. Unfortunately that deadline is useless when your told to wait for the remainder of your costume. And secondly it's going to cost me more to return the item. Yet this item turned up within a week of ordering, But I'm told to return to China.
Bad bussiness.

Placed a order on the 17th knowing that it's cutting it short for comic con the 25th. Ensured I picked a 24hr item to try and make sure I could increases the chances of me getting my item on time considering I spent £20 as well on delivery.
As soon as I saw it was Yodel , I knew I wasn't going to get my item in time and to no surprise it arrived on the day of comic con.
I don't understand how you can expect people to spend £20!!! On delivery(fast shipping) and you use Yodel of all companies for a delivery fee as high as that.

I’m very disappointed with my experience shopping with Coshduk. While the costume quality is good, the customer service and refund policy are extremely poor.

I spent nearly £70 on two costumes, but only one arrived initially. After contacting customer service about the missing item, they eventually shipped the second costume — but it arrived far too late, and I had to purchase another costume elsewhere in the meantime, costing me even more money.

Since the original costume from Coshduk was never worn or tried on, I requested to return it for a refund. I followed their stated process by emailing for return details, but the response I received was very disappointing. I was told that returning the item would be “expensive” and was instead offered only a 10% refund, with the suggestion that I try to sell the costume on Gumtree or eBay.

After declining that offer, I received another unhelpful reply that seemed focused on finding every possible loophole to avoid accepting a return. They then offered just a 20% refund instead.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I paid in good faith, followed their process, and simply wanted to return an unused item that arrived too late. Instead, I’ve been met with dismissive responses and inadequate refund offers.

My recommendation would be to order a costume from another retailer — one that offers a fair return and refund policy, unlike this company.

It’s actually really nice I bought the Avengers 4: Endgame Steve Rogers Captain America Cosplay Costume and the costume is nice the star on the front is metal and so is the back of the brown arm thing (that goes around the arms and rests on the shoulder and back) and the front of the belt but the only thing wrong for me is the gloves I’m pretty sure there made for people with bigger hands but there not the worst just a few loose threads I need to cut off but overall the cosplay is nice and came a few days early (was supposed to arrive on the 23rd - 24th but got it on the 20th of October) and I ordered it on October 14th so it came within a week or so
