Good website, good team behind it. Difficulties in understanding the processing / delivery times. Promptly refunded when I found out I would not receive one of my two items in time. Communication could have been better about the original delay, such as a check in email to let me know what is happening but the company has addressed my concerns. Overall, I would order again but I need to check the details closer.

I ordered a Cloud Strife cosplay, which arrived within 8 days (a lot faster than expected). Everything fit perfectly. It doesn't feel cheap or tacky. Looking forward to wearing this at Halloween and Comicon

I bought an Anakin costume from the company on the 27th of September. I had a hard time finding a western company that sells them for under £200, so I decided to go with this one since it was the only one where I actually saw people physically wearing the costume.

After ordering, I emailed them multiple times because of the reviews saying they don’t respond. I ended up receiving three different emails reassuring me that it would arrive on time (by Halloween). It was shipped on the 2nd of October, so hopefully it won’t have any issues arriving.

I don’t think the reviews are fake—just be prepared. Maybe I just got lucky, but we’ll see.

Ordered end of August. Had no communication or updates until I emailed for an update 4 weeks later. Apparently they were still 'processing the order' ended up canceling the order! terrible service, terrible communication wouldn't recommend and wouldn't order again.

The quality of the wig was horrible, it didnt look anything like the picture. It came as a tangled mess, It was also very uneven and the hair was falling out. There was also matting at the back which resulted in the wig being unusable even if i were to cut the hairstyle myself.
They have since given me a full refund for the wig. However, I would not order from this website as the quality does not match their prices. The costume clothing quality is fine, but the wigs are just not worth the trouble.

My experience with them as been great. For the price the costumes are pretty good. An affordable option for those that want to cosplay without investing too much into it.

I have an Alice in Wonderland costume. It is so pretty, it could be worn as a regular dress (if the material was better). I hope they will start making size XS.

El cosplay tiene buena calidad , es fácil de poner y las piezas quedan bien sujetadas , las piezas de armadura son de goma eva y no pesan , se hace muy fácil poder llevarlas puestas todo el dia ♡ la peluca viene sin estilizar pero si viene con el corte y texturizarda para que sea muy fácil y rápido poder estilizarla uno mismo

I ordered a Rhaenyra Targaryen cosplay for an upcoming event and it came really fast! Got it within 8 total days. The dress is really good quality and im very happy with the material. The wig needed some slight toning/colour correction but thats all. Super excited to wear it for a cosplay shoot!

The fabric is sturdy and has a luxurious feel, and the print is detailed and beautiful. It’s also very comfortable to wear. Out of all the costumes I’ve bought, the one I got from this store is the best so far.

I received a cosplay as part of a collaboration with COSHD. The communication took place via Instagram, which felt a bit unusual to me at first – but everything worked out in the end!

The costume arrived with all the parts included, and while the overall quality is pretty basic, it’s in line with the low price point most of the items on the site have. I didn’t notice any major flaws, and for a budget cosplay, it does what it’s supposed to. The shoes were surprisingly good, and the wig was decent too. Just don’t expect high-end materials – but for casual shoots or beginner cosplayers, it’s definitely a solid affordable option!
