Absolute nightmare & best avoided. Buy an item on black Friday and take advantage of the discount code & think nothing more of it. Week later I noticed an email asking for more money! Cost of materials had gone up on an item that was in stock and not custom. Just a link to a page where you can choose additional values to send them! Somehow the materials for the costume went up 10%!They hold the item hostage for more money.

They did refund after I threatened to report to the card provider.

Ordered a costume 1st September to go away for a specific Halloween party on the 28th October in the US so I didn’t have to mess about finding a costume. Found an off the shelf one I liked, planned to pack it to come with me before the 9th October in the UK, Plenty of time right, even according to their own website if it’s not a custom order? WRONG. The costume was “out of stock in the warehouse” which was somehow my fault (they were not forthcoming with this information), simple don’t advertise off the shelf as “in stock” if it isn’t.
Proceeded for them to mess me around for 2 months, lying to keep the order as I had to change my address to where I was staying in the US which cost me extra after promising me it was really ready - shocker, that was also a lie. It arrived November 1st after Halloween. Was not best impressed.

If you have anything specific ahead of time, don’t trust them to deliver on time, tell the truth about whereabouts in the process it is or do anything remotely useful to help. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I previously gave a bad review after Yodel had left my parcel outside without permission for weeks and it had gotten stolen.
Emily sorted me a refund out after previously going back and forth struggling to explain to another person the situation.

AVOID I ordered early September in time for Halloween and like they promised it did arrive in plenty of time BUT the size was far too small. I emailed they the day after it arrived and told them about the size issue and there is no way I would have ordered a small when i myself am not. The emails just go back and forth and they give you the impression they are sorting it and the last email says your parcel was delivered on the 17th 🤬 what a waste of time they are. Please I urge you do not purchase off of this company.

They are based in China so anything you want refunded forget about it they are a scam. They didn’t deliver my costumes in time over £100 even though I paid £20 delivery and offered me £15 and asked me 3 times to ‘sell the costumes on eBay’

Halloween costume ordered 14/10/24, paid £20 extra for fast delivery, item delivered 25/10/24 but instead of sending Large, I was sent Extra Small! Contacted seller who suggested a £10 refund and told me to sell the outfit on EBay. Seller doesn’t offer free returns and expects me to pay high return postage costs! I am now £60 out of pocket with no Halloween costume. The person at fault should bear the financial burden, which in this case is certainly not me! PayPal case opened.

Made an order and made a mistake with the size. I made contact with Coshd who responded quickly saying they would do their best to intercept the order and amend it. Package arrived in perfect order within a week or so. I'd quite happily recommend these guys.

Paid extra high cost for fast delivery and only half the order arrived .... so could not use in time.No proper returns system. Offered me 10% of a £60.00 order and said sell it on Ebay or other site..... size of coat wasn't even correct...way smaller than tagged...not European sizes. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Cheap costumes and long delivery time. Sizing is totally off. Not to mention they don’t accept returns so it’s just a WASTE OF MONEY! £40 lost 😡
Just so everyone gets the full picture - as a result of this review they are bombarding me with emails now. They have offered 10% refund and even offered £5 to delete this review!!!!
Will be reporting the company to trading standards! You can keep your £5 by the way!

Company has no sensible means by which to return items so if you change your mind or it doesn't fit, which is the case on my partners order, they claim it's will be too expensive to return and offer only 10% of the value in a refund.
She ordered XXL, bigger than we needed, and the size that arrived, whilst labelled XXL is clearly not and is significantly smaller.
The costume itself is very good, but it's no use if it can't be worn. Don't use this company unless you're willing to take a very expensive gamble on the item being right.

To be clear, as it was missed by COSHD in their reply, I've reviewed my partners experience as we both individually ordered from coshd.co.uk. My costume, whilst quite snug despite ordering a size up, does fit, just. As I've said in the review above, the costumes are actually very good, if it weren't for the fact they are too small and don't match their own sizing guide. Without a UK address to make returns to, purchasing from them is a risk.

Excellent customer service responded to all queries and questions in a prompt manner and gave perfect updates on delivery times, will definitely be using again, affordable and great quality and very fast shipping on standard delivery, will definitely recommend to other people

Avoid this scam retailer at all costs. My costume was delivered significantly smaller than the size I ordered. After having to prove the size was wrong through photos showing the measurements, I was warned that the shipping costs back to them were high (I think they are based in china) and I could simply get a 15% refund and sell my costume on Gumtree! What on earth do I advertise it as - Mis-shaped poorly constructed costume of indeterminate size?!
100% refund offered, which is against the Consumer Duty Act of 2015!
The returns policy is impossible to follow since they expect the goods back within 2 weeks but in their own correspondence warn that returns often take 1 month to receive back. This company really is a SCAM!
I had to purchase through Amazon a replacement costume for the event at significant extra cost. Wish I had just used trusty Amazon in the first place.
This firm is a DISGRACE!

Case Update For Ref - please no one purchase from this store it’s a scam and PayPal won’t protect your purchase! The seller has responded to my previous review here advising they will look into the issue and resolve but this is all for show - they have still not responded to my emails, I’m still missing my order and still no refund! PayPal have offered a full refund via case escalation, but only if I pay to return the wrong item I’ve received! Therefore not a full refund and could take months to resolve - be warned and order at your own risk as you will likely be left out of pocket. Worst experience if I could rate less than 1 star I would - I will be escalating this further under the consumer good act as fraud.

Edit. They now blackmailing me to take down this bad review for a 50% refund. What a joke. Avoid avoid avoid.i
I accidentally brought the wrong size and they have refused to issue a refund no matter what. They've offered me 15% money back which is £4 of what I orginally spent which is unacceptable. Taking this further til I get full money back. Edit. Don't bother emailing me coshd saying exactly the same thing which is spend over £50 to get it send back when my order was only £29. I'm refuse to play your games!!! I'm reporting this company to trading standards!!!

I have now received the address and the cost to return the item is at £31.99, I understand the company doesn’t set the fees but this is absolutely ridiculous…I feel like I have been completely scammed! As I stated before, I would definitely NOT recommend.

Absolutely disgusting company who rob you blind. I ordered a costume which consisted of clothing, a scarf and a wig, and a hat and I ordered this in good time before the event I needed it for. 2 weeks after order, I was informed that the costume was unavailable and would i like to repurchase. I declined as I was running out of time and didn't have another 2 weeks to wait, so I bought a new costume from amazon and said I'd just have a refund. They then proceeded to say they could only refund the clothing part, as they'd already sent out the wig and scarf (half a costume!) I explained that these are useless to me now, as I have bought a new costume and why would I want only half a costume? They then refused the refund for the wig and costume and instead offered a small discount with the audacity of suggesting I go out of my way to resell on ebay or gumtree! I said no, I want a refund as the item was not as described (I didn't ever agree to buying half a costume, I wanted a full costume). They said I could return but would have to pay the postage cost which is very expensive! No thanks. I will be using section 75.
Alongside this, I didn't even receive the one half of the costume on time anyway!
Judging by their comments below I dont even think they understand the review or the complaint. I only received a scarf and a wig.... not a full costume! When I wanted to return the scarf and wig (an incomplete costume) they wanted to charge me as much as the scarf and wig was in the first place to do so! Yes they refunded the missing part, but I bought a full costume, not half a costume and so ended up paying for a scarf and wig I couldn't use!
Less of the attitude, more customer understanding ;)

Very suspicious and scammy. I've asked for a refund and they haven't replied. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Placed an order on 20 September and no delivery. Emailed today regarding the order and no response. Will.now try to get my money back through paypal.

I was quite sceptical ordering from here after reading all the bad reviews but I decided to risk it and I'm glad I did. I ordered a Slave Leia costume in their Halloween sale for an incredibly low price. The order was shipped within 24 hours and was delivered within a week which is quite fast. The whole process from ordering to it arriving was only 6 days. The outfit is very poor quality I'm so glad I got it reduced because the outfit isn't worth the full price. The bra isn't even put together. You have to hand assemble it yourself. I assume this is to accommodate all body shapes and sizes but it's an unnecessary hassle. The material is very weak and cheap. The outfit itself looks good once on but is a massive faf. The skirt was a tad too long for me but I'm 4'9 so I don't blame them for that. On this occasion I did not have to deal with the customer service so I cannot comment on that.
