I urge you to look at these on companies house before booking,
She has a original company in liquidation after taking my wife’s money for a course she didn’t complete,
On top of that the new companies accounts aren’t up to scratch!
Poor management poor customer service just greed that will be there downfall!

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Cosmetic Couture. Our clinic paid approximately £2,700 for training for 3 members of staff. During the booking process, everyone was very helpful and polite, but at no point were we clearly informed about any strict time limit or expiry on the training.
Over the years, whenever we tried to arrange practical training dates, we were repeatedly told to complete the online portal first and then contact them afterwards. This made no sense to us — why would we complete online learning and then wait months without practical training, only to forget everything we had learned?
On at least 3 or 4 separate occasions, we contacted the company trying to arrange our physical training, and nobody ever got back to us properly with confirmed dates. There were no reminders, no follow-ups, and no attempts from the team to help us complete the training after taking payment.
Now, over 2 years later, we are suddenly being told the training has expired and that the previous company is in liquidation, meaning we have effectively lost all the money we paid.
What upset us even more was being asked to provide proof that we had called and contacted them previously. How would we know years ago that we would need to keep evidence to protect ourselves from this situation? Thankfully, I searched through old WhatsApp messages and managed to find messages clearly asking for training dates and follow-ups. Despite providing this, we still have not received any proper response.
I want to make it clear that this is not directed at Maxine personally, as she appears to be doing a great job. However, the rest of the support system and administration has completely let customers down. Once payment was taken, nobody seemed interested in ensuring the training was actually booked or completed.
I do not like leaving negative reviews, but this situation has caused a huge amount of stress and frustration. We paid a large amount of money in good faith, repeatedly tried to arrange training, and never received the support or responses we expected.

I have been visiting Cosmetic Courture since 2016 for both training courses and treatments as a model for students and practitioners the service is always to the highest standard with complete confidence I hold in the practitioners ,the care plus advice with regards the most effective treatments is given with honesty and respect at all times
I visit Cathy regularly I find her to be extremely knowledgeable supportive and personable within the treatments I drive 90 mins each way for any Cosmetic procedures as I trust the Company standard 💯

Had two treatments with Heather today. Great advice and professionalism throughout. Ultimately the proof were the results, subtle and dramatic at the same time. X

I recently completed the PRP, phlebotomy, Sculptra, and vitamin B12 training, plus a lip masterclass at Cosmetica Couture, and I’m truly impressed. As a visual learner, I often need more step-by-step guidance, and Nicole was exceptional in that regard. She took the time to walk me through each technique, adjusting her approach so I never felt rushed or lost. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my progress made all the difference. I left feeling not just confident, but really motivated to apply what I learned.
I would 1000% recommend and I will be looking forward to more training in the future with cosmetic couture xx

I’ve been coming to Cosmetic Couture for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are always so professional and make you feel completely comfortable.
I recently brought my mum for her first ever treatments and they were amazing with her – everything was explained clearly and she felt really at ease.
One thing I really appreciate is that the practitioners never rush when injecting, which makes the treatments much less painful than places I’ve tried before. The results are always beautiful and natural every single time.
Everyone is always shocked when I tell them I’ve had work done because it looks so subtle and well done. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

If I could leave no stars i would.
I was promised a £200 refund on 6th January and as of today im still waiting, dispite reassurance it would be received within 28 days.... Ive phoned reception more times than I can remember, left messages with Management, spoke to a practitioner, my texts are now being blocked on a reception WhatsApp number.
I would just like my deposit back please....this company is VERY keen to take large deposits before treatment, the Practitioner was drawing up Sculpture whilst I was in reception completing forms and before an assessment!!!!

Just had the c02 on the lower part of my face. Absolutely amazing result. The practitioner Lorraine explained everything to Daren whom did the procedure to an absolute A1 result. After care was explained to me. Thank you very much for allowing me to be the model, wishing you good luck for the future Daren you will do amazing

Came in today to be a model for Endopulse and it was overseen by Kyle. Such a good experience from walking through to reception met by the lovely Dean to taking my appointment with Kyle. Kyle was really professional and made sure everything was done properly, and the student was amazing too – so friendly, gentle and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Couldn’t fault it, thank you!

I recently visited Cosmetic Couture for EndoPulse Facelift treatment, and honestly… I’m blown away! From the moment I walked in, the whole experience felt warm, professional and really personal.

My treatment was carried out by Kyle, who was absolutely amazing. He talked me through everything, made me feel completely at ease, and his knowledge and technique were unreal. The results already speak for themselves — I’m genuinely impressed!

I also have to mention Dean on reception because he was an absolute star. So friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely a lovely person. He set the tone for the whole visit from the second I walked in.

If you’re thinking about booking in at Cosmetic Couture, do it. The team are incredible, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and the treatments are next level. I’ll definitely be back! 💕✨

Isabella was really helpful at our CCJ training course today. She demonstrated various techniques as to how we can treat the cheeks, chin and jaw effectively whilst bearing each clients facial anatomy in mind and what their desired outcomes are. She was extremely patient when each of us practiced treating various areas of the face and provided useful tips and guidance regarding how we can position ourselves as well as our clients to ensure we are injecting them at the correct depth.

She was fantastic!
