Review of HIFU Treatment at Cosmetic Couture

I recently had the pleasure of attending Cosmetic Couture for a HIFU treatment, and I am thrilled with the results. Cathy, Heather, and the other practitioner who attended to me were all highly professional, making the entire experience seamless and comfortable. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured I felt well cared for throughout the process.

The results have been fantastic, and I couldn’t be more pleased. As always, I highly recommend Cosmetic Couture for their exceptional service and high standards.

I would love to share my experience of training with Cosmetic Couture in Endopulse with Kyle. The course thoroughly met my expectations and more. I came away having learnt a new skill and treatment and really keen to get started. Kyle is very knowledgable and thorough and explained absolutely everything. I have attended several training courses with Heather and cannot recommend her highly enough.

She is extremely thorough and ensures that every aspect of the training is fully understood before you leave the academy, from pre and post care, to expected results, potential complications, and managing client expectations.

Heather is exceptionally knowledgeable and delivers her expertise in a clear and straightforward way. I have thoroughly enjoyed each course I have completed with her and always leave feeling confident to treat my clients. My favourite training so far has been PRP, a treatment I also love having myself.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid Cosmetic Couture – Unfair Policies, No Refund, No Support

I booked a course with Cosmetic Couture and had a terrible experience. They cancelled my course at the last minute and refused to refund me. Their terms and conditions say they can cancel within 72 hours (including weekends), which means if your course is on Monday, they can call late on Friday evening and cancel with no regard for your time or costs.

I had already paid for my train tickets, hotel, and closed my clinic to attend, but Cosmetic Couture took no responsibility for these losses. They even state they are allowed to cancel up to three times, which feels completely unfair and like a way of taking your money without guaranteeing training.

On top of this, I submitted a formal complaint three times – and they never responded to me at all. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.

Cosmetic Couture does not put students first, their policies are unreasonable, and their customer service is non-existent. I strongly warn others to avoid booking with them. They are saying we cancill your your course when we want and we dont give your money back and we dont care if you have booked hotel train and close your clinc and we can cancil your course 3 times because our term and condition say that. Even I never never sing any terms and conditions because I parchased the course via whats up adverb. I believe this is froud what they are doing. They say we take your money we cacel your course when we want and we dont give your money back and we dont care how maney times you need rebook hotel train and close your clinc.

I initially had booked to be a model for HIFU for my jawline and jowls. Unfortunately, as I have fybromaliga in my legs and feet, after completing and disclosing this on the health questionnaire on my arrival, the practitioner, Cathy, wanted to do a consult with their medic who advised her I could never have it. I explained my own GP had given the green light. Cathy said if I could get a letter from my GP, then she would do the procedure herself for me. I think she meant again at model price even though she is a practitioner but not sure. While this offer appreciated I found her delivery of information and manner quite abrupt, compared to her trainee practitioner who was also there. So, while this was very disappointing for me, her thoroughness for safety is apparent and shows generally this is a practice that . wants to ensure client safety and that they have a medic on hand for consultations. Instead I was offered a 6 point facelift using Botox and told it would also help improve my jowl area; which is what I had wanted to target, although it would do so differently. This was quite a bit more money, (£99 instead of £39 for HIFU as a model, as I had £60 on my account which they offer you when you start going there. I wish I hadn’t taken an account out) The other practitioner who carried out the 6 point procedures was extremely knowledgeable and had a lovely manner. She carefully explained what she was doing at each point to me and the two trainees in the room. I felt very at ease and the procedure was painless and carried out with care. I am not seeing any noticeable difference at the moment in either crows feet, glabella or skin around jawline/jowls. Having had Botox twice before there and needing 2 tops ups after one did not work at all and on the second time, only a slight improvement in the following 10 days, I am hoping for more effective results this time. It has only been 2 days at the time of this review though and I know it can take up to 10 days so I remain hopeful that the product used will take more effect. What was disappointing was to learn if top ups were needed in the next 14 days, these would cost £40 for upper face and £60 for lower. This now explains why I had £120 less in my account than I believed I still had. This had never been told to me before and was a bit of a shock. I am quite upset that this was not disclosed at any point in my previous visits having Botox as I was told I could just pop in for a top up if needed. I believe this should have been verbally declared that there would be a charge at each of those visits, before I went ahead. I have had Botox done at other places and the top up is always included in the original price as part of aftercare up to 2-4 weeks later if needed. All of the staff I have dealt with are very nice and friendly but I can’t afford to return for too ups and probably won’t return.
I can’t fault the practitioners who I’ve dealt with but I’d be careful and advise really checking the small print before buying into the offers and the account deal they offer customers

I’m coming to the end of my level 4 with Stephanie and she’s been an amazing tutor. She’s extremely knowledgeable and does everything she can to ensure you understand the modules and is always on hand when help is needed. I can’t recommend her and cosmetic couture enough. If your wanting to complete your levels and really gain in depth knowledge along the way, the cosmetic couture should be your choice,

Cosmetic Couture shaped my future in the industry! I trained with Maxine 7 years ago and she has been my biggest inspiration since . I am now completing my L5 & 7 with the team and they are so supportive especially as a non medic in these challenging times I am confident with the constant support from Cosmetic Couture and Maxine champions our often unheard community!! Would give zero stars if I could

I have spent thousands of pounds with Cosmetic Couture over the years, but the way I and my friend have been treated recently is appalling. The standards have nosedived, and the attitude of staff is shocking.

My friend, who had genuine health concerns, could not use her voucher. At the time of purchase, no terms and conditions were read out — all they wanted were bank details. No welcome email, no written voucher, no explanation of how or when it had to be used. Later, she offered to transfer it to me, which would have made no difference to Cosmetic Couture financially, especially given my loyalty as a paying customer. Instead, all they offered was to “extend” her voucher — but by then their attitude had been so disgusting and appalling that she was terrified to even go back into the place.

When I tried to raise my concerns, I was hung up on three times, despite being nothing but polite. Emails of complaint have either gone ignored or I’ve been falsely told I’d already had a response when I hadn’t. The cocky, dismissive attitude of both the new receptionist and Mary — who calls herself the manager — is astonishing.

On top of that, the standards of practice have become unacceptable. On one occasion, I was booked in for the first appointment of the day before a long drive to London. Instead of being seen, I was made to wait nearly 2.5 hours because they didn’t even have the Botox in stock. I stayed polite, sat quietly in my car, but it delayed my journey massively. On another occasion, I walked into the treatment room to find four trainees filming my face with their phones from inches away without my prior consent. I appreciate trainees need to learn, but not asking beforehand — especially when I suffer from anxiety — was humiliating. I was bare-faced and uncomfortable, and to hear them all saying “send me that video” was completely unacceptable.

Cosmetic Couture has failed to respond to complaints, failed to show respect to loyal customers, and in my view has developed a don’t-care attitude. The customer service I’ve experienced has been the worst I’ve ever known — cocky, dismissive, and frankly common as muck.

I would urge anyone considering them to do your own due diligence on Companies House before handing over money. Personally, I would never lodge a penny with them again.

If the CEO really knew how customers are being treated, I imagine she would be horrified — but I cannot comment for her. What I can say, based on my experience, is that this business has become unprofessional, untrustworthy, and careless. An absolute disgrace.

At the time of purchase, no terms and conditions were provided, no voucher was issued, and nothing was put in writing. All that was taken were card details. Only when a problem arose were “non-transferable” rules suddenly enforced. That is not fair dealing — it is moving the goalposts.

My friend had legitimate health reasons preventing her from using the voucher. A professional company would have shown basic flexibility or compassion. Instead, your staff were dismissive, evasive, and defensive.

It is also disingenuous to accuse me of threats or disrespect when in reality all that was asked for was clarity and fairness. Raising genuine concerns does not justify being spoken to in such a manner, nor does it excuse the appalling customer service we experienced.

All calls are recorded apparently, we shall see you in court.

Having spent thousands with your business over the years, the decline in standards is glaring. The scheme appears designed to take cash up front without clear documentation or safeguards. Customers should think very carefully before handing money over to a company operating in this way.

Given the history of complaints, unanswered correspondence, and the way money is taken without transparent terms, one has to wonder about the stability and integrity of the business itself. I would urge anyone considering spending here to check the company’s filings at Companies House before parting with their money.

This place is not an academy – it’s one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.The tutors and office staff were rude, there was zero support with assignments, and the whole environment was demotivating. I paid to level up my qualifications but ended up completely shocked at the poor standards.I’ve already applied to court and reported this to Qualifi. Please avoid this place and find a proper training provider. I cant explain my feelings! I feel I completely wasted both my money and my time!

I’ve completed multiple CPD training courses with Cosmetic Couture and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Every session has been professionally delivered by friendly, knowledgeable tutors who are genuinely passionate about aesthetics and eager to help you grow.

What really stands out is the hands-on learning — there are always models available to practice on, which has boosted my confidence and skills massively. I’m currently progressing through my Levels with them, and the structure and support make it the perfect place to continue upskilling.

I had a couple of days downtime , had the laser Friday and went to work on Monday . It’s an amazing treatment.

I’ve been using this company for a while now and they’ve been absolutely unreal. The team is incredibly friendly, thorough, and supportive throughout every step. I’ve completed several courses with them and have been genuinely impressed each time.
