I ordered a leave in conditioner from Cosmetize. It has not arrived and all of my support tickets have been ignored.

I will now be contacting my bank to get my money back. Very weird because they don't appear to have many bad reviews.

EDIT: I never sent an email to that address. I simply filled out the ticket as instructed on your site. It says "message received, we will get back to you" etc. So that's clearly broken on your end.

In any case, even without me opening a ticket, it's really bad that you have not noticed that this delivery has not been made.

EDIT: This is now finally resolved. It's still very poor service that my tickets were ignored and I wasn't contacted regarding my missed delivery.

EDIT: Yes... and I told you it was the wrong address on the support tickets I sent. The ones that you ignored. You should have known anyway the moment it came back.
