EDIT: Even with your reply and an email from you for the first time in three years, you have still not given me a link or instructions to unsubscribe, or even said you would unsubscribe me. Where is this 'option' you speak of in this reply? Where is this option in your email reply? I have replied to all your emails in the past with the heading UNSUBSCRIBE so many times and that doesn't work. Unbelievably inept. Just unsubscribe me.

I ordered from here every couple of months and every time I have ordered they always come within 2 days if not next day! Order is dispatched so quickly and they have a few times give me products for free in my order!

I ordered their As I Am JBCO Water via Cosmetify, because it was at an amazing price, I ordered 3. I immediately received an order confirmation email from Cosmetify.
3 days later I received another email from Cosmetify stating that my order could not be fulfilled.
When I checked the email further for a reason, it stated "canceled" - no other explanation given.
I contacted Cosmetify via Facebook and was told that the retailer (Cosmetize) had cancelled my order and issued me a full refund...again, no other explanation.
I checked the Cosmetize's website and the item was definitely in stock. However, they had now increased the price of the item.
So basically someone had made an error with the price and I was penalised for it.
Complete waste of time and energy.

I have used this site a handful of times. My orders are has been dispatched promptly and using the service requested. On one ocassion I needed to contact the customer service team and they were very helpful. Prices are reasonable as is shipping. I definitely reccomend this site for afro-caribbean hair products.

WRONG PRODUCT SUPPLIED
I have ordered from this company for the first time, I have emailed, called, yet nothing. I ordered a product and was incorrect, they sent me something else. I have asked for them to correct this but nothing I’m owed my money back at least. I would avoid using this store because they don’t even correct the mistakes. This is very unprofessional company, I have no alternative to contact PayPal and deal direct with them. I have sent proof on photos of the mistake and wrong items given but just have ignored every email… do companies still do things like this? It’s a joke.

So I ordered a couple of things, and unfortunately two items couldn’t come, at first I gave this place a 1 star, because I automatically assumed that they wouldn’t respond or I would have to fight for my life for a refund or to get the products
Thankfully they did prove me wrong, they emailed me back within 24 hours, and explained the situation. Now I would have preferred to be told beforehand that a product wasn’t coming due to reasons they can’t control, so I wouldn’t be as surprised
I will order from the website again, the price is just too good
And I would give 5 stars but I’m waiting for the money to be returned in my account first
