Cosmody Bewertungen

This company sells low quality products. But the advertising on social media is good. Then when you purchase they use tricky verbiage to sign you up for something in which they call Cosmody+,
It is nothing but a simple scam for you to pay $19.95 a month, and they are hoping that you don't see it in months go by with them collecting from you. No wonder they're ratings are so low.

I DID receive the item, a Christmas ornament that you can upload your videos and pics to, like a digital frame, however, they don't tell you there is a $20 a month subscription that I cant find any way to cancel!!! It was $100 so i thought it was like the same as a digital frame, there are no monthly recurring charges with, but this one has $20/ MONTH

Love the product, however, when it arrived, both boxes were in very bad shape. I first thought the product may be damaged, but it was not. I can't wait to have my granddaughter record a message. Very unique gift.

Feels heavy, good quality! Super adorable to record and see what your kids want to say (we had to do many takes because my 2yo kept saying merry Xmas poopoo) and I’m so excited to keep one for us, will be purchasing for the grandparents too!!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I purchased 3 trees, only one worked. I asked for them to send me 2 more and they did, but those didn’t work either. The original one that worked, didn’t when I tried it again. They wanted me to send videos, so I did, but I could only send like a 15 second video to prove myself. They then required more videos after I said refer to the original bc it was the exact same problem. It caused much grief for my kids who were excited to record. The YouTube videos are great. Not in real life. Waste of time and money. DO NOT order. How disappointing.

If you want cheap crap, then this is it!
Poor quality for sure and looks it! And don’t even start with shipping as it took over 50 Days to get, damaged, and absolutely no response from them after a dozen inquiries. They should not be allowed to sell anything in the USA just ripoffs!

Worst company to order from and false advertising. I ordered a video snow globe and got a Christmas tree with voice recording option and tried to return it they refused the refund and told me to pay shipping to return it to China. Never will I ever recommend this company to anyone else!

It arrived before Christmas as it said. The idea is really cute and I’m excited to see my kids reaction to hearing their dad’s voice while he’s deployed overseas.

So I ordered 2 and after a 20 day shipment one arrived with broken glass. The 2nd one was unbroken and is a Christmas gift so we’ll see

This lumiboard is a very disappointing product. The flimsy stand doesn't work for young children. The board always needs to be plugged in to work, which limits where is can be used. The screen is impossible to keep clean. The wiping cloth is unusable after cleaning the screen a couple of times. Little hands become filty. It's very messy & requires adult supervision. An adult is needed to hold the board in the stand. Finger prints show on the board. The only good thing is the colors are nice and bright and look cool in a darkened room. This product ships from China and returns must go back to China. Too much hassle to try and return. I would suggest looking for Lumiboards with better reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Within 3 minutes of placing my order I requested to cancel it. I received an email back that stated I could cancel the order or have a 15% refund. I requested to cancel the order. The following day the order was shipped and when I reached out to the company they stated the order was already shipped and there was nothing they could do. They want me to wait to receive the item then discuss a return. This company is a SCAM.

Was totally not as pictured. It was so pitiful I threw it away. Don’t buy!

Great product great costumer service! Best purchase I ever made!

I was very disappointed with this company.
I purchased one tree and was offered a discount if I purchased another, so I pressed the button to buy one more tree and next thing I know I was being charged basically full price and I was charged for two trees instead of one.
With the currency conversion, this was a very expensive purchase plus I only wanted one tree!!!!
Would not recommend this company to anyone, as I feel they are a 'rip off'.

I have not received my product

I had a great experience, ordering three trees

I placed the order in within one week. I had my three trees.

The product is a good quality, easy to understand the recording portion.

I would highly recommend this as I’m a grandparent going to record my voice for my two grandchildren

Then record for my son and his new wife for their first Christmas gift together

Item didn’t arrive and they added a hidden subscription that make very difficult to cancel. It’s a scam online seller.

Everything about them is "scamish".
Of course, the advertising was an exaggeration of reality.
The time it took(over 2 months) for delivery missed the child's birthday.
The quality and the durability are clearly as cheap as can get; China is suspected.
The additional art or images are expensive; you must download them. You would get more and be $20.00 better off buying a $7.00 coloring book.

I purchased two trees and one of them will not work at all. We will see how long the other one lasts.
