Bbq lid broken and they won't help
I emailed asking for help as the lid to the bbq doesn't close properly. I received an email back that said they can't control what happens in transit, and a video of a man opening the lid to the same bbq, shaking it, and bringing the lid down totally fine. I've written back asking for more help as this was of no help at all, and didn't receive a response. Lovely bbq, shame it came broken and a shame that they don't want to help repair it or take responsibility. Please be careful ordering from this company.

I just purchased the 6 burner Cosmo…
I just purchased the 6 burner Cosmo grill for the 2nd time, this time a gift for my dad. The first unit is a year old. I enjoy grilling on it but the cover is terrible. It has faded from black to gray and torn in two places. Guess I will get a replacement heavy duty fade resistant cover from Amazon.

Fast delivery and it works perfectly. Light up dials are so cool. I added a pizza stone and a hot plate, so Im all set. I did a lot of research before purchasing and I'm pleased to say, I made the right choice. Absolutely delighted.

Sent out a damaged lid
Sent out a damaged lid. Asked for it to be replaced but was told to send the damaged one first before sending a replacement so cannot use the BBQ until I get a lid. I was offered a smoke box or pizza stone as a goodwill gesture but I asked for a cover instead as other items were no use to me. This was refused and instead offered me to buy it for £20.00!! Poor service in my opinion.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that the lid arrived affected and that our initial replacement process left you feeling unsupported. Our standard process initially required the affected part to be returned before a replacement could be issued, and we also offered a complimentary pizza stone or smoker box as an immediate goodwill option.
We appreciate that neither option suited your circumstances, so after reviewing this further we offered either a replacement lid completely free of charge or the BBQ cover you had requested, also free of charge. You chose to keep the existing lid and accept the cover, which we subsequently arranged to be sent via DPD. We’re glad we were ultimately able to agree on a solution that worked for you and are sorry the process getting there was not as straightforward as it should have been.

Great BBQ for the money
Great BBQ for the money. Compact yet effective and able to cook for 4 people easily. Delivery was as stated and fast. Assembly was OK but did take a bit of time (2 hours on my own). It would be 5 starts but the tray for the briquettes is a little fiddly design to operate as it can feel flimsy, it works fine though. I bought the cover extra and cast iron griddle. The cover is excellent quality and worth the extra as its a perfect fit.

I can't comment on the BBQ itself at the moment as its a present but would totally recommend this website.

Replacement parts after 14 months!
Bought Cosmo grill and had to buy replacement parts after 14 months of use. Had my previous barbecue for 10 years. Customer Service weren't interested as it was past 12 month warranty. Very disappointing quality.

We would like to clarify that our response was not simply based on the barbecue being outside its 12-month warranty. After carefully reviewing the photos with our technical team, the condition appeared to be consistent with moisture and built-up residue over time, which can occur when a barbecue is not regularly cleaned, dried and aired. For this reason and the order being outside of the warranty period, we were unfortunately unable to approve complimentary replacement burners under warranty.
We provide care and maintenance guidance to help customers protect their grills and prolong their lifespan, and with regular care, we have customers who continue enjoying their CosmoGrill barbecues for 10 years or more. We understand that you have since purchased replacement burner tubes for your barbecue, and we hope these allow you to continue enjoying it for many more years.
