They were legit and kept their promise. Wish they would inform me of the new small claims laws in california. You can do video or telephone conference. The telephone conference is same price as parking. So I just did that. As long as the court receives your evidence by mail. You should be fine.

I highly recommend you get sheriff department to process serve your small claims case if it's hard one to do.

But yeah. Now I just wait for my verdict. The customer service was always fast and friendly via email. They answered stuff promptly.

It's been really hard for me emotionally with the things this evil company did to me.

Hopefully no more small claims cases in the future. If there were I rather go in person, but in this case everything was through teleconference and mail.

Dealing with law and going to court is not an easy task and for some reason we do not want to deal with it, that how I was feeling about it. I had all the document to prove my case but filing it was a big upsticle for me and with the help of courtlink it became a piece a cake. I wish I knew about them before.

I had a horrible experience with a dentist. I found this company to file a small claims motion. The customer service is superb. They respond immediately, handle everything professionally, saved me the trouble of going to the court and fees are more than reasonable. Now that the DDS was served with our court date, he called to settle out of court. I can't recommend this company enough. If I need to file again, I'm using this company without a doubt.

I could not have been happier or more impressed with their work. They filled out all the material perfectly, got my case placed into the system, and most importantly was able to use a third party to serve somebody who was going to make it very difficult to serve him

Gave them over $200. They did not one single thing for me. I even gave them names, license plate numbers, addresses, pretty much everything. All they had to do was serve them and book the court date. Waste of money.

Been waiting 2 months for a demand letter, with no response since July.
EDIT: I haven't been charged because you haven't done anything. Filled out form in June. Sent email in July. You stated demand letters take 15-20 days. Been over two months, no contact from you since, I sent another email 2 weeks ago that wasn't returned.
Called three times, too. Twice the call disconnected and third time went to voicemail.
Please don't post untruths. You haven't answered calls or emails at all, let alone promptly.

EDIT: You keep harping on the fact that I was never charged, but the issue is that you have not done a single thing with the case I submitted. THAT'S why I haven't been charged. And you seem to be proud of that fact, like it's some sort of defense. Really?!
Proud that you accepted the form, took my credit card information and haven't done a damn thing in almost 3 months?! You don't return phone calls or emails and have wasted more time HERE than on my case and are completely unapologetic about about it.

Outstanding job. Saved me money, saved me time, saved me headaches. I used courtlinked to go after a criminal and negligent landlord. Small claims $3500 would be amended later to Justice Court $10000. Courtlinked put together an excellent plaintiff claim, plus a demand letter, and provided all the needed documentation for proof of service, dates, signature, court records, locations, etc. Very thorough and very professional all the way around. (And in Pima County, Arizona, you have to do things in a particular special way to meet the court requirements, and that is exactly what Courtlinked did to make sure everything was done properly). Tremendous company. Highly recommended. Five stars all the way.

Yes, it costs a bit more money then doing it all yourself but believe me what they can save you in time and effort is so worth a bit more especially so if you are not familiar with the procedures and Court process. I cannot say enough how much the Support Staff helped me by answering the few questions I had and they did it fast, way faster then even I expected. I cannot say enough on this end of how much I appreciate all the help, guidance and information. I so recommend to anyone how much having a straight up there and informed pro on your side is a major plus in helping you achieve the success you are seeking.

I had no idea on how to file a small claims court case against a company that did not refund my money after I returned their defective electric bike. Courtlinked researched and forwarded to me all the legal paperwork I needed. After filing my court case the electric bike company mailed me a check plus my court cost. This company is not a honest business, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and BBB about getting a refund back. I paid them to file a claim on my behalf for $74.95 which they never did, they sent me out forms to sign and ask for an additional fee of over the $74.95 I’ve already paid. So I called and ask for my money back, the guy I spoke with on the phone told me it was up to a lawyer for me to get back my refund, and rudely hung up on me. So I asked my credit card company to step in, they told them that I never asked for a refund back, and that I received service. A Lie from CourtLinked...I then filed a complaint with BBB and explained the same to them, they told BBB basically the same thing, only that I never signed papers to receive back a refund. A Lie from CourtLinked. There was no papers to sign for a refund and no service surrender. But they told BBB that they will refund me back my money, but months have passed and I never received a refund. So that being said with the truth, this company or that person is a scammer. If a company is so hard on cheating customers out of money. They will never make it.
