At Coverage, we don’t control which carriers return quotes, nor do we limit or change a customer's results based on commissions or incentives. When using our services, we request all available carriers we can offer and the results are determined by the carriers themselves--our goal being to help customers shop across many options in one place.

While a phone number isn't required today to get quotes on Coverage.com, it is required as part of purchasing a policy so that a carrier may contact you about your policy with them. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Auto insurance rates have risen significantly in recent years--even for drivers with clean records--due to factors like inflation, repair costs, and claim trends. At Coverage, we do not set these rates. The quotes we provide are set by and come directly from the carriers themselves.

While it's our goal to provide a comprehensive panel of quotes across our available carriers, we can't control which return quotes. This is determined by the carriers themselves, and in some cases results in limited options.

It is also our goal is to provide a true one-stop-shop experience, but in some cases a carrier may require you to finish the process on their site. When that happens, we pass along the information you’ve already provided to help streamline the experience but understand that this is not the best experience. We're continuing to improve here and hope that you'll try Coverage again in the future.

It's Coverage's goal to enable comparison shopping your quotes across the carriers we offer. However, quotes and availability come from the carriers directly and at their discretion. If no quotes appear, it’s because no participating carriers returned a rate.

In some cases a carrier will also require you to finish on their site, which can mean extra clicks and confirming or re‑entering details for verification. While we pass along what you’ve already provided to streamline this, not every carrier’s system accepts it.

Despite the above, we’re actively working to expand our ability to quote and reduce duplicate steps to deliver a true one‑stop experience. We value and will use your feedback to prioritize these improvements.
