The knitted mesh tarp was exactly as ordered. It is heavy duty and very well made.

The material was actually better than I had expected and hoped for. The problem was in the wording of the measurement instructions. I interpreted the required size to reflect the actual size of the opening that the screen was to fill and that the Velcro strips would be added to that measurement. Apparently I was half right. The width fit perfectly but, the height was 2” short. I have emailed back and forth a few times with their ‘customer service’ to no avail. All they have done to correct their error is to offer me a 20% discount and suggested I re-order. I will do no such thing!

When I ordered, talking to a representative on the phone, I was told that I could have a hook and loop opening. I had hook and loop installed but it was not an opening. I am just going to have to make some modifications to make this cover work

Good communication throughout the whole process, and it arrived as scheduled.
Time will tell how the cover stands up, but at this point I have confidence they bake a good product!

I purchased a cover to my dimensions, when the cover arrived it had been manufactured wrong. Coveralls reviewed my comments and issued the following:-

Great service and quality, this is the second set of covers we have purchased. We loved our first set and they have done a great job protecting our patio furniture. They fit perfectly and are easy to get on and off. We ordered another set to cover our lower patio furniture and are very happy with the new covers.

We have had the first set for two years and they still look great even after two full winters/summers.

I went back and forth with providing measurements as well as sending photos of the cushion sizes which were to be 24”x24”. What I received was 22”x24”. When I put in a dispute with video clearly showing the size of existing vs new cushion they said that they could be 1” difference. I put order in beginning of May and received product mid July. Not happy at all.

The cover ordered is what I expected, the quality is great and all the hardware was included. The instructions for the assembly need to be adjusted as they indicate the assembly in reverse when inserting the pipes. A spell check would also be great (Heinge vs Hinge). I also paid for express delivery, and the cover was delivered 7 days later than the date indicated, I expect that the $25 that I paid for express delivery will be reimbursed.

I needed a tarp with accurate measurements and I had 2 calls to try to confirm. I found that in the end, the tarp was not made to spec, and the grommets at the corners are already coming off as soon as I opened the package.

I had made a purchase of a firepit cover few years ago and it has withstood 2 Canadian winters so i was in need of replacing my patio furniture covers again and was a no brainer.Order process was easy to follow and reply and shipment was very quick.Love the product and will last with 10 year warranty. The speaker cover i purchased is fantastic. Perfect fit!
The only thing I didnt like was that I wasn't aware that it was made oversees, and it took longer than I thought to arrive.
