I recently worked with Coversandall to create custom covers for our outdoor furniture, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, their attention to detail was impressive. They guided me through the process, requesting photos of the furniture and meticulously confirming every measurement to ensure a flawless fit.

The covers arrived last week, they fit *perfectly*—like they were made precisely for our furniture (which, of course, they were!). They noticed the picture of a chair I'd included had a bit of a curve that wasn't in their stock shape, and worked with me to make the perfect cushion that fit exactly right for only a couple bucks more. Amazing quality too! I would definitely order from them again.

Excellent customer service - very patient will all my questions, on the phone and by way of email prior to ordering. The cover arrived early. No issues whatsoever.

The measurements were exact and installation was pretty easy with two people (one person could not have done this job alone because you need to stretch out the cover as your go to ensure it doesn't bubble).
Bungees and zip ties were not an option for our project, and we could have used rope, but it would have been very sitely. My brilliant husband used a washer and a screw (and power drill) - since the pergola top will not be seen, it was perfect!

Now we can sit outside when it's raining, and of course get some shade from the sun. So happy, thank you Covers and All ☺

Wrong size.

We had ordered a cover in 2021 and were very happy with the quality. Given this, we ordered covers for some new patio furniture this summer. However, we are pretty disappointed as there is a noticeable quality difference.

Excellent custom ordering website experience! I would have liked to see an option to include a sewn-on label indicating the top of the cover which would make it easier to put on my chairs.

I am ordering 3rd time and each time my experience is great.

The shipping hasn’t even arrived in Canada yet and it’s been almost 2 weeks, and no updated delivery date despite being 3 days later and counting from the expected delivery date.

I contacted covers and all support and they just repeated the same date on the tracking that is clearly wrong.

I will update this if my products ever arrive.

I ordered the closest standard size for outer dining set and it covers the set with ease and I really enjoy the sinching ties which we place on the chair legs to help keep it on. The quality of the fabric is so much better than our local multipurpose shops carry. We do hope it fairs well over the winter.
