Well about two years ago I started to notice some minor thinning. I didn’t put too much thought into it because I had gone though a very challenging divorce to a
Pastor. I figured once I got through that ordeal my hair situation would turn around. It did not as a matter of fact it progressed. I prayed about it, asked my family to pray with me but nothing changed for the better. In the latter part of 2024 I was diagnosed with type II diabetes and high blood pressure. I was placed on medications which I did not know could severely affect hair loss . Then the shame, low self esteem, humiliation started because I could not cover the problem. ( I perspire in my head badly so I did not want
To wear wigs). I kept praying and started to avoid family functions, family pics and I started to stay home
more because of the hair loss and thinning. It effected my quality of life tremendously. Early 2025 I started researching hair loss in Melonated women. I started to mix oils and spices and put them on my hair. Nothing helped!!! I cried ALOT but I kept meditating and praying. One day on instagram I heard a melonated, female doctor talking about hair restoration and this hair growth shampoo. By then I had tried EVERYTHING and I was too discouraged and too broken and broke lol to try the shampoo lol. I was sinking deeper into depression and despair. I finally stopped going to church (during this time I also had a serious attack of sciatica for 8 months) I was in bed 21 hours a day couldn’t sleep, couldn’t hardly walk, in major, chronic, pain, no meds worked. Finally went to physical therapy and that worked).
Well, the hair loss continued until this year when my daughter saw your advertisement
and she sent it to me. That is when I called and started the process I was so excited until I found out you are in the UK lol. I am 66’on a fixed income but I tried to have faith that
I could get there. I said, Dell why are you fooling yourself? You are just getting by living here lol how will you get to the UK? I heard another Melonated female doctor talking about Trichology so I researched that. Found the meaning of it and asked Chat GPT if there was a Trichologist in Greenville, SC? YEEEEESSSSS!!! I called and texted over the next two days to get a consultation. Finally got her. I went for the consultation on April 3rd at 6:30 am (ready and desperate lol). Her recommendations was to get rid of the locs 😔. My heart sank however, I already knew that was needed, I just dreaded it lol. I said, ok let’s do it and it was the best decision I could have made. I was afraid of the change because it was absolute, bold and scary. She reassured me that everything would be ok and get
better with treatments. We started treatments THAT DAY LOLand I am overjoyed. I have my smile back, my confidence and my countenances reflects it.
Meeting you gave me hope of at least covering the problem but that was not the answer because I could not get to you. Your advertisement and skills were amazing and once I lost hope for that It caused me to look deeper for answers, which I found. Without your advertisement showing what you had done for another lady, I would have slumped deeper into despair. YOU GAVE ME HOPE!! Thank you!! I am forever grateful!!!

Well just had my final fitting and I am so excited. I just could not envisage what it would look like.

Today was my final fitting of my ToLR at ChrissyBee. With Christine I had a seamless journey from our first conversation to consultation to installation. This beautiful soft spoken lady is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very experienced in what she does.

Christine made me feel comfortable revealing the problems I experienced with traction alopecia and balding - in fact it took me over a year to make contact with her because I was not confident in showing my hair. I really had nothing to worry about.

Thank you Christine for your sincere sharing and teaching during our communication. I have to say it's not usual that she can really teach you knowledge and even with a friendly sharing tone! That just makes the whole thing like chatting with friends and you are getting the ideas more easily and happily. My recent final TOLR fitting at CrissyBee (christine) was indeed transformative.

I've spend years watching my edges disappear due to traction alopecia/ female pattern baldness. So, finding a professional who could reproduce a look similar to my original one was a revelation. It was even better that she was located a reasonable distance from my home.
