Absolutely diabolical company. Ordered a pair of men’s size 9 crocs for Father’s Day, they came a few days later and I’d been sent a size 10 instead. So later that day I ordered another pair of men’s size 9, the second pair have come today and again they are a size 10! Trying to get through the stupid robot on the live chat is impossible. I wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering, absolutely shocking company. Will not be spending my money here again. DO YOUR JOB!

Would give them no stars if I could. Ordered from crocs website never delivered contacted customer services on 2 separate occasions saying not delivered , they just continued to tell me they had been and accused other members of the household of taking them . A month later No crocs and no refund , no reply to my request to see photographic evidence of deliver .

When you place orders no possibility to cancel your order,even it’s not shipped!!! I need to wait when they deliver and then send it back.
8.06 update: my parcel has been delivered today and dispatched yesterday after me contacting the customer service,so it’s good they improve. Thank you
I would avoid buying from them
I would avoid buying directly from crocs. I purchased 2 items, one was cancelled without explanation but they still charged me. When I got through to customer service they told me it could take 14 working days to get my money back which was unacceptable. The item is actually showing as in stock on the website and has been the entire time but they said the warehouse doesnt update the website so I can't imagine how many people this is happening to. Anyway I had to go through my bank to get a refund which worked.
Please avoid buying from them.
Poor and terrible customer service
Poor and terrible customer service. I placed an order with them, but it got returned to the warehouse as there were issues with my address. Therefore, I know I am expecting a refund but 5 days later I received no email. I tried to contact them for 2 days, their live chat is not user friendly and so horrible. Come to find out, the package was lost but they marked it as delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Do better and change your live chat.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering directly from their website. Never in a million years would I have expected a well-known company like Crocs to treat a customer this way.
My order arrived quickly, but they sent the wrong size(a size that me and my wife can wear together) and a different design. When I requested a return and a replacement for the correct items, they simply told me they would only offer a refund because they don't process exchanges. This was not my mistake, and I am not asking to exchange for a different size or color—I just want the items I actually ordered. Their customer service team seems completely indifferent to resolving the issue. First and last to buy from Crocs.
Didn’t have much trust but…..
I’m honestly shocked by the rating on this and it made me nervous like I had been scammed. I ordered on 26th May and they arrived on 4th June so 7 working days. The sandals are absolutely perfect. Delivery was no issue and I was able to track it no problem. I can’t fault this company at all. Also got an NHS discount which was brilliant

Attempted to order the right size again but Crocs cancelled my order shortly after I placed it.
Crocs clearly don't care about the problems they are causing customers due to lack of responses to negative reviews on trustpilot.

My product arrived but I needed to return it as it didn’t fit.
Beware apparently you have to have a printer to do the returns label.
Apparently they don’t have a QR code system for returns, so I would have to go to a print shop and pay to print the label.
Never again will I use this company and I would warn others not to.
The agent on the chat closed it as I hadn’t replied within 1 min 55 seconds

I placed an order before I read the reviews here and thought I was doomed - maybe I got lucky, but everything was fine.
I placed an order on Sunday, received it on Wednesday. The crocs came up smaller than previous ones, but that could be to do with being a different style, so I requested a return. The only option seems to be to print a label, so I can see why that would be a pain if you don't have a printer.
I posted the return on Thursday and received a refund exactly a week later, so the whole process took a week and half.

BEWARE: DO NOT order any products from the Crocs website. My daughter placed an order today manually put in the delivery details went to pay with her payment method - it pulled through an entirely different address as the order was placed. Contacted Crocs immediately told could not cancel the order and very very unhelpful on the phone. She will never receive the order. Basically she has lost ££'s through a rubbish website, no ability to cancel the order, no customer care, no understanding. I have always loved Crocs - a loyal customer for over 20 years but now NEVER AGAIN. Hope everyone sees this review before they place an order.
Customer Care Couldnt Care Less - AVOID
What company won’t allow you to modify an order prior to it even being Despatched? Customer Service couldn’t care less “it’s in our FAQ’s”, sent me a message on what’s app then closed the chat, honestly couldn’t care less, you’d rather send the order out, pay for postage, pay for the return and then refund the money, just to do it all over again? First and last time ordering from you, stuff will be sent back and I’ll go else where, absolute joke of a company.
I am new to Crocs but have 4 pairs
I am new to Crocs but have now bought 4 pairs. Shush don’t tell her Ladyship. Product is great and so comfy, especially the fully lined version. The only downside is dispatch time takes about 3 days which is too slow. Once dispatched they tend to come the next day. Yipeee!
Appalling customer service and refund…
Appalling customer service and refund period. Returned items (sizing) received by Crocs on the 27th April. Having spent the last half an hour (following navigation of chatbots) person in customer service advised that refund may take another 14 days following immediate request. Over a month since receipt. I ordered the replacement size immediately in goodwill. I will NEVER trust this company or buy from them again!
No recycling, landfill only
I have an old pair of crocs, time to replace, but it looks like they can not be recycled in the UK, the recycling programme is only for the US, the chat feature on the website is no help at all.
I won't be buying another pair for them just to end up in landfill forever
