A month for delivery??
I purchased a pair of crocs on the 1st of may, I received tracking details on the 5th informing me they would be delivered the next day. I am still yet to receive my Crocs. I have contacted crocs multiple times so sort this out and had different shades of rude and unhelpful responses ranging from ending the chat abruptly with no warning. Telling me to wait longer (despite being well over the estimated delivery time) and waiting an hour and a half for a human to talk to me on the chat. I have been told I would have a replacement pair sent out and would receive tracking info within 2 days. I still have not received this. As an apology I was offered a 20% off discount code for future full price purchases (you get 15% off for giving you email address) so effectively 5% discount for all of the above ON FULL PRICED FUTURE PURCHASES!!! I have also been told that it will be 5-10 working days for delivery AFTER I get my tracking info. So likely I will have waited a MONTH. I was also offered the postage to be refunded which I still haven't got. Absolute joke
Nightmare company
Similar to other customer very poor service sent crocs back due wrong sizing. Still waiting for a refund it has been over the 14 day return period. I continuously email but recently I have no response. My advice steer clear of this company

I ordered two pairs of Crocs in the middle of March 2026, and had to return a pair because of the sizing. Crocs received the item back on March 27th, and the parcel was signed for. It is now May 14th and I still haven't received a refund despite contacting customer services several times. I've been told that refunds can take up to a month to process, however it is now well over a month since they received them. Crocs refund policy is:
"You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost paid for the order, on average, within 10 working days after we have received the original item(s). The refund will be issued to the original card/account. Refunds not related to returns also take on average 10 working days to process".
This is my first time ordering from Crocs and my experience has been incredibly negative. Their sizing is all over the place, customer services are rude and dismissive and their refund process is laughable. I wish I had never purchased from them, but this has been a learning curve and I will never purchase again. They have no respect for their customers whatsoever. My advice - AVOID.

I love the crocs shoes but the crocs company are DREADFUL for customer service, they do not care about their customers. Cannot cancel a pair that ordered 10 mins after ordering them due to using the wrong card, they will not let me cancel which I understand had it been shipped already but the payment was still pending!!! And when I rang the customer ‘helpline’ they were not helpful in the slightest!

"Join Crocs Club & Get 15% Off Your Next Purchase"- Not true. False and misleading advertising on the website. Code sent did not work so used chat function with a Bot and was put through to a live chat with a human. They told me the code was not valid on all items. During the chat I was asked for details of the order and as I am typing, I'm hassled to hurry with my reply to avoid being cut off. I'm told none of the Jibbitz or the crocs in my basket coming to over £100 are eligible, they are excluded. This is not stated on the advertising to sign up to the Crocs Club. Surely this is misleading?!! I feel this could be a Trading Standards issue under 'Fraudulent Misrepresentation: The company knowingly makes a false statement, or behaves recklessly as to its truth, intending to convince a consumer to buy a product or enter a contract.' After a brief exchange with me challenging this, the chat is 'ended' by the service member. Not impressed at all.
Non existent customer Service
Dreadful sorry… Non existent customer service, mail all you like you won’t get replies once they have your money.
Purchased size too large (almost like sizing is difficult to follow) and mailed asking to exchange. They don’t do exchanges, but now they cost £25 more than when I got them. Simply appear not to care about customers.

Returned a pair of Crocs over 4 weeks ago after discovering the sizing seems wildly inconsistent between different pairs.
Royal Mail tracking shows the return was delivered, yet I still have no refund and customer service are completely ignoring emails.
A refund should not take over a month with zero communication.
Really disappointing experience from a brand this size. My advice: avoid.
Terrible customer service
Great shoes, stupidly high prices and disgraceful customer services, to call Crocs UK you need to call internationally to the Netherlands, if you can contact on WhatsApp they take ages to reply and give you minutes to respond or they close the conversation. Sizing policy is ridiculous, we ordered our sizes, they sent much bigger, they looked like clown shoes. If they have an offer, by the time they have sent out the wrong shoes, you cant even order a replacement so the offers will have ended when you reorder.

What a load of old Bollox. The sizing is all in US despite selling stuff in UK. Customer service is crap, no one answers you. Can't even find away of cancelling my order within and hour of placing. Customer care is so crap they haven't even responded to any negative comments made on here to even attempt to rectify their mistake.

Never Arrived – 4 Weeks Waiting and No Accountability
Ordered from Crocs over 4 weeks ago and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The order never even made it to the UK — tracking showed it repeatedly leaving and returning to the delivery centre, then eventually marked as “returned to sender.” Throughout this time, none of the tracking links provided actually worked properly.
Customer service has been poor. Emails were ignored, and when I finally got through on live chat, I was told my address was incorrect — which it isn’t and has never been an issue before. I was then told the situation was “out of their hands” and that the delivery centre had started a refund.
To make matters worse, they offered a 20% discount to reorder — but the item I originally bought is permanently on sale, so this isn’t a genuine saving at all and is also no longer in stock.
Overall, a frustrating experience with no accountability and very little effort to resolve the issue properly. I would not feel confident ordering again.

DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM CROCS-I placed my order and paid on 27th March. I am still waiting for a refund as they sent the wrong size to me. Contact by email is unsatisfactory as they send an automated one back saying 14 days for refund, but it’s been more than that. Phone calls keep you waiting-I’ve yet to speak to someone and still waiting for my refund.

Returned a bag that was unsuitable, tracking confirmed they’d received it but as they hadn’t scanned it in correctly the refund wasn’t processed. I messaged last week to query time taken to refund and again today, only to be told of the mistake and that I’d have to wait another 10 to 14 days for my money back. The agent offered me 20% discount for further purchases but I refused and said I wanted to take my complaint further, agent told me he’d pass on my feedback, wished me a good day and ended the chat abruptly. My advice to anyone is to be very careful when ordering from their website, I certainly won’t be doing it again.

Well where do I start end of march I placed an order with crocs . I was emailed saying crocs were sold out . I have been told that I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. 10 days have passed to be told today its been escalated. Escalated to be issued a refund. Why isnt it a straight forward refund you cancel you pay back the money. You didnt wait 10 days to take money from my account. Appalling customer service , no number for UK. I will never place an order with crocs again as disgusting having to wait for a refund . You are the weakest link . Good bye .
Terrible customer service and faulty product!!
The customer service is terrible. I ordered a pair of womens bayaband sliders and when they arrived despite being the same size on the sliders they actually were 1cm different in length. This meant that one foot fitted and the other didn't. Customer service chat said that I would have to pay to return them as the difference was only slight!! They do not offer exchanges so I would have to re-order at a higher price as spring promotion had finished. I won't be ordering again.
The worst customer service
The worst customer service, opted for the ease of Apple Pay to purchase my order it randomly autofilled my OLD details to an address that I am no longer associated with. This was a big problem and it wasn't cancelling the order. I immediately contacted customer service who said they have a policy where you can't cancel or change an order. Even when I told them that the person currently living at my old address can NOT know my knew one. She parred me off and told me to ask the courier to change the address, which as we know will not happen. Now I'm having to go through my bank to see if they'll cancel the payment. I won't be buying them at all now!
