have tried ordering for 2 days both orders have been cancelled,tried to speak to someone on online chat ,just says probably out of stock...why let people order and pay,they are still showing up as in stock in the sizes i ordered

I would give no stars if I could. I have just ordered crocs in the sale for my daughter, they took the money from my account and sent confirmation email. 2 hours later my order was cancelled - no explanation given. Once I managed to contact an actual human being was told sometimes this happened when more than one person ordered the same thing! What a useless system, I have never had this on any other site!! I will never order from here again and just hope I get my money back. The stupid thing is the Crocs we ordered are still showing as available online so how many other poor people will fall into this trap!!!! Absolutely useless. Don’t order from here EVER!

Order was cancelled jours after to purchase the chat bot said could be due to no stock but I was able to add to basket on difference they went back upto full price managed to get through to a agent who then just ended chat without me being able to ask or say anything
They put things right
Ordered slippers. A few hours later they cancelled the order.
***Update****
TBF they then emailed to apologise and gave me a 50% discount which meant I ordered slippers that cost me £11! They're amazing.
Following this I have now ordered some more for my daughter. So I'm happy now.
Tried with customer service over 10 times then gave up
I purchased my first pair of crocs.i had some issues ,I will be honest it was an absolute nightmare to speak eith a human and the live chat and bots try my patience and send me into a meltdown.
I eventually manage to speak with Vasil Genchev by email.he was swift to resolve my issues I am having and Vasil managed to meet a resolution which we are both happy.i am a difficult customer as I am adhd and autistic and can have serious meltdowns when things dont go to plan or something is wrong.
Thankyou once again Vasil for all your help.

Received my crocs, but they didn't fit. So sent back straight away. Tracked with Royal Mail. The item has been received but I still haven't had a refund. 24 days later

Awful...BEWARE before parting with your money
Terrible company to deal with. Bought 3 pairs of crocs slippers at Christmas. One pair after minimal wear has split inside. Tried to chat to contact customer service and the chat keeps dropping so you have to wait again for another agent....sent 2 emails with no reply....AWFUL company to deal with. Will never buy anything from them again. States Crocs UK and the head office is in Amsterdam. Deserve shaming!
So many issues...
So many issues... Initially placed an order in the wrong size, so tried to cancel. Cancel option on website didn't work despite being within the 30 min window. Reached out through Whatsapp but didn't get a response till much later.
I then tried to order the correct size. Discount code got wiped and then said it was already used! Couldn't pay with my valid card, so tried PayPal which entered an old incorrect address. I again couldn't cancel, so I reached out via their chat this time, explained all the issues and the guy said that the discount code should work but I had to keep pressing him on the other issues. Got told it couldn't be cancelled because the 30 mins had passed (I reached out ASAP, not my fault it takes your customer service 30+ min to look at something)! Finally got confirmation that the order was cancelled automatically and that I would get a refund and 40% off the next order.
Guess what, the 40% doesn't even apply to my order when I tried, so that was bullshit. And I still couldn't apply the other discount code I had from their newsletter.
Absolutely ridiculous. Someone really needs to review their website/systems because it is so broken. Never experienced this with a big brand before
Buggy website and non existent customer service
Complete mess of a website. I ordred the wrong size (my error). They say you can only change within 30 min of ordering. I contacted customer service but after 24 hours of chasing got an AI reponse.
I then replaced the order using a discount code I had. That then bugged and didn't go through and on the second attempt the code didn't work so it was more expensive. After that I put it through on my PayPal so that it would work. They then altered the delivery address to the one on my Paypal without saying so and I still havent recieved a confirmation email an hour later. Complete mess.

An awful experience. Refunds policy is in the dark ages. Customer service is using dial up. Still awaiting a refund. 14 working days to obtain money back is truly dreadful. Returned item on the 16th December. Still waiting now and it’s the 10th January.

Bought a pair direct from crocs. Did not fit have tried to exchange .Refused as over 30 days .I bought them in November for a Christmas present. Unworn still in packaging. Stay clear buy somewhere else

Disgrace of a company
Disgrace of a company. Ordered a month ago and still not arrived. Keep getting the online chats closed when trying to resolve the issue. Get promised replacements but no confirmation arrives and guess what, STILL nothing delivered. Keep you sanity and money and avoid this company!!

Extremely Disappointing Online Shopping and Refund Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my recent online shopping experience with Crocs. I returned two items, which were received at their warehouse on 8 December. Despite clear confirmation of delivery, as of 23 December, the refund has still not been processed.
I have had to contact customer service repeatedly to remind them that the items were already received. There has been no proactive communication, no clear refund timeline provided, and responses—when they come—are inconsistent and unhelpful. In many instances, customer service simply does not reply at all.
This lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care is unacceptable for a brand of this size. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly for a refund that is rightfully due, especially after returns have been successfully delivered.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise exercising caution when purchasing from Crocs’ online store. The refund process appears poorly managed, and customer support is unreliable. I would not recommend buying online from Crocs unless you are prepared for potential delays and lack of communication.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Item came in wrong size and have spent weeks trying to resolve. The order number that was given is not working on returns portal and have had email contact with several customer service operators with no resolution. They are now completely ghosting me and i am now stuck with the most expensive slippers i have ever bought. DO NOT BUY FROM CROCS.
