Can't even provide a refund
Our story with Crown begins and ends with resolve energy. A long story short, resolve energy told us that crown were the company for us to complete a downgrade to our power supply. After paying crown directly and promptly we waited and we waited and we waited. Eventually we found out that crown would only do the downgrade if we took them on as suppliers at an extortionate rate. We said no and asked for a refund (which we're still waiting for). We contacted EON who provided a new meter for free within 2 weeks and coupled it with an amazing rate.
So, if you want a decent energy supplier....steer clear of Crown and resolve energy. I'd recommend eon any day.
Crown, if you actually read these...I find it disgusting that after doing zero work you try and back a company in to a corner to accept your rates and when they say no and find another company you are incapable of doing a refund for work that was never done.

Holly at Crown Gas and Power was very efficient and evidently knew what she was talking about and assisted with every query that we had. We have just moved our power over to Crown and they already had our gas contracts, here's hoping for a smooth transition. Many thanks for all the help today.

I work closely with Lucy B and Lorenzo at Crown and can honestly say their customer service is top class. They are always happy to help and will happily point me in the right direction even when it's not within their remit.

Everyone I have spoken to at Crown is always super friendly and helpful and they are very quick to respond / pick up any issues.

As a commercial property manager I deal with a lot of Utility Companies and Crown & Gas is by far the most helpful and efficient. Lucy Bird in particular helped us update our invoices and billing details very efficiently.

Excellent, thorough and caring customer service. Investigations and solutions were offered on every contact made and were immediate. I cannot recommend their customer service more highly.

Mohammed Sajid was very helpful in sorting out my problem. He emailed & called me to keep me updated,I am grateful for his input.

We inherited a wrong switch to Crown Gas and they put us on deemed contract. We had to push them to charge us the agreed contracted price.
I will not say that all whom I dealt with were helpful but they do listen! Sharon was kind to listen and changed to contracted price after my representation.
Particularly Mohammed as been very helpful and has done a great job! He is a great asset to the company.

Natalie Knight is my credit controller. She is very helpful at providing invoices and statements when needed. She is easy to talk to and very professional.

Oh boy! What a breath of fresh air. We were with another company who were shoddy and absolutely terrible before changing over to Crown Gas & Power and it's actually a pleasure to be able to speak to someone straight away, get any queries sorted out straight away and to have a commonsense and real approach to commercial energy. Lucy is fantastic and is always on hand when I need someone :) Shame there is only 5 stars as they deserve 10.

Shanice has helped me every year at renewal and is super efficient. It's so nice to have a consistent and helpful contact. Refreshing, and far better than you get with other companies!

Mohammed Sajid dealt with our energy transfer in a very professional and courteous way and always kept me informed as to progress and was happy to communicate by telephone rather than email which is a plus these days, a pleasure to deal with.

I spoke to Simon B he was very helpful and resolved my query straight away working with suppliers can sometimes be tricky not with Simon at Crown he was straight on the case also followed up with an email for the client excellent customer service
