This is the 3rd time of using Cruise Club Uk this year alone, in particular their agent CHRISTIAN HODSON who has been most helpful throughout our bookings with his polite manner and efficiency.
The after sale team have also been very helpful, in dealing with an Issue created by a Cruise line.
The prices they offer and experience they have, seems hard to beat, so they will always be our 1st port of call.

Booked today with Olive all went well every thing explained and information sent straight away seen some reviews 70% positive as always you get bad reviews. All ok with me at the moment.B.C

We booked our cruise in January with Marcia. She was superb throughout the whole process. So much so that we have booked another cruise with her today. Polite, professional, very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. A credit to her company.

The travel consultant at Cruise Club (Sharon Angel) was very helpful and professional. She tried and achieved to make our cruise booking extremely easy and our paperwork came through as fast as she said it would.

John was very helpful and patience... He put me at ease and gave lots of reassurance and guidance....I felt very relaxed talking to him.... He listened and came back with exactly what I told him was important to us....

Used Cruiseclub for years. Do good deals, You can usually get through to them quite easily and they always return calls and emails. Cruise Club contact, Greg Barwick, was excellent. His manner was friendly, and he explained everything clearly, answering our queries patiently.

From the moment of first booking our cruise to just before departure Cruise Club Uk and their representative Ian Lazarus supported us. nothing was too much trouble, this was our first booking with this company and we hope it won’t be our last!

We have used Cruise Club UK for some years and they have never failed to impress. The staff remember you and are always happy to help with whatever you require in the way of a cruise. We obviously suffered during the lockdown but they were always there to help with getting our money back and have got us back cruising again. We never use anyone else for us they are the best.

Can’t praise the holiday or cruise enough it was all fabulous with one exception.
No confirmation was received by us regarding a transfer from the cruise ship to Dubai airport therefore we took a cab. When clearing security at the airport I received a phone call from a driver saying they were at the port waiting to collect us! This was far later than required and without a text or message advising this transport was available to us! Communication obviously a problem!

I rang up for some information on a cruise I had seen in a newspaper. I spoke to Marcia who was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and personable. With her help have booked a 15 day cruise on MSC Seaside. Thank you so much Marcia.

Booked a cruise for me and my partner who has a serve health condition, deposits were taken, returned, taken again without any regard or even record from their own accounts team. If you can get hold of Lindsey I strongly suggest speaking to her as she actually spoke to me like a human being BUT if you get the ‘manger’ who is actually the Sales Manager, good luck! All I wanted was a sorry and a understanding of the situation we were put in, but instead I got emails which spoke down to me, blamed my bank and me for the error and then offered £25 god will - on a over £2500 cruise.

Greg when we booked was amazing and really helped us book the cruise safely for my partner and gave us care and attention - if only the senior management could be more like Greg and Lindsey.

Very poor after sales service. Once they have your money that's it.
At the time of booking I was told I would be able to choose my seats 6 weeks before I travel. Being very tall this was important to me. The salesman told me I would be able to do this. I am now 5 weeks from departure and I can't even get a reply to my calls and emails. I have no tickets or flight details. I waited on the phone for an hour and no one answered just some recording.

Only just booked for a cruise in February so knew there would be relatively reduced choice but Christian very quickly got just what I wanted offering a number of options. He was very professional and informative and everything was sorted quickly.

Becky was most helpfull in guiding me through the booking process for our upcoming cruise next March
She gave me a lot of guidance with cabin selection on the ship

Awful service! Not given the correct price even though you pay a deposit to secure the price of the holiday! Paid a deposit and then 45 mins later phone call to say it was incorrect price and holiday would be cancelled due to them getting the price wrong! Wouldn’t book again!

This really takes Customer Service to the next level.Her name is Mia and she really can't do enough for you.I had a hiccup logging into a booking and she is immediately helped me.On several occasions I contacted her and always polite friendly and efficient.

John Grimes was very helpful and gave excellent concise information that allowed me to make a well considered decision on what I should book.
I felt unhurried and was given time to consider the alternatives available.
Superb agent - I could not have received better help.
