what a con job - yes a CON JOB - we had a so called sales person around who quoted way over the odds for a front door with side panels to either side in chartwell green - then when we said it was to dear he said as it was a bank holiday he would phone his boss for a special discount - yer another piece of the con job by another con man - well they reduced it by nearly £2000 and when we said it was still a little dear they asked us how much we were looking to pay - well we said around £2600 which they almost met - now another bit of the con job - they blind you with science as to how good they are - mmm... don't they read these reviews - no as con men they only believe the 5 star ones they write - so the final reduced bill is £3013 plus £100 for a handle and £99 for a survey - deposit is £199 - now after our own supplier came up with a better offer we decided to cancel under the conman's sorry the crystal clear 7 day cancellation scheme - you can cancel any order under this 7 day guarantee - ho ho - this is where they steal your cash - even though the survey was booked for the 7th a few days past the day (5th) we cancelled they decide to steal £99 and call it a con fee sorry an admin fee - they have taken the bank details from us for the refund so lets see what happens ???? - CON MEN or HONEST TRADESMEN??? - i await to see.... my order no was CC7009 . Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. Listened to our requirements and were able to match our needs. The survey was done a few days later to confirm the measurements etc. and then a date was agreed for the installation. We had a call the day before to confirm the installation and what time they would arrive. Arrived bang on time and completed the work in a little over 2 hours. Great job and all contacts with Crystal Clear were professionally handled. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thank you so much our windows they are just what we wanted, I had a special request of a square bay down stairs, what can we say other than it looks just as I imagined, the others are lovely looks so classy,we've now got the poshest house on the drive lol.
From start to finish we couldn't fault the service, can we also say the guys who installed the windows where friendly curtious and utterly reliable and very tidy.
We wouldn't hesitate in recommending your fabulous company

Awesome job on some dirty windows. Showed up on time and was very respectful of our house. We had a storm the very next day and they were out to take care of 3 days later. Will use them again!!

I just had the sales guy come round to give me a quote for new soffits and fascia boards.

After I explained I own the home he asked me 3 times if I needed to check with my partner before making any purchasing decisions. He kept asking like I wasn’t understanding what I was being asked.

It’s 2026. Women can own property without a man. We can also make purchasing decisions without a man like for instance I will not be purchasing from you.

happy with the door and fitter BUT beware this is a pressurised hard sell. Original price can be droped by nearly half if you hold out and even though i was told i could have 2 sets of keys only received 1 and despite contacting the company 3 times now as advised by one of the gentlemen who said i could have 2 sets the company doesn't want to know. Only a small thing but if they can not keep a small promise it makes me worry about how they respond to a major issue.
Thankyou for the response its more than i got from customer service. I requested 2 sets of keys and was told this was what i would be receiving, after paying over £3000. for a door i would have thought honouring 2 sets of keys was a small thing for your company to do. It is the mistrust caused by the breaking of such a small promise that worries customers.

This 'company' not recommended at all. Cold called at my elderly in laws last year, September 2025 ,pressured into paying a deposit they couldn't afford, for windows they didn't need. Cancelled by phone and letter and emails by myself and requesting the deposit back. Assured it would be repaid, still waiting April 2026. It will be going to small claims court which I advised them of and had no response, I would give -1 if I could.

From start to finish,every single member of staff has been polite,professional and honest.
They did exactly what they said they would,on the day that was agreed and for the price stated.
Absolutely first class.

I cannot praise this company highly enough, the whole process from the salesmen through to the installation of our order has been excellent, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product and would recommend them to anyone thinking about changing their windows
