The installation was really good. The fitters were polite, professional and installed the frame and door expertly. They left the job in a very neat and tidy fashion. We're very pleased with the product which we think certainly enhances the house's appearance. We'd certainly recommend based on our experience from the initial sales visit, the survey and fitting. Professional and helpful at each stage. Thanks guys.

Fitting fast with good quality, found small amount of mess days later

I had a new front door fitted. The fitters were very efficient and courteous. They answered any questions I had, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Everything was left clean and all debris removed.

I love the look of the frames with their high quality double glazed pains, my house looks so much better. Definitely got kirb appeal now. Job well done. Thanks Crystal clear

Arranged for a quote to change some glass panels,

The guy who came to quote us had been in my house 1 hour at this point and after telling him numerous times that myself and my partner will have a chat and we’ll get back to them I explained that we have just received a big diagnosis for our 2 year old (the day before his visit), an ultra rare genetic condition, only 50 others in the world with this diagnosis. And so getting the windows done isn’t something we’re interested in getting sorted immediately, we was just interested in getting an estimation of price.

He went on to ask me what the diagnosis was, what symptoms it has etc. at this point it was the kids bath time and I just wanted him to leave. He proceeds to tell me the reason for my son’s genetic condition is because we had him vaccinated as a baby, I tried to explain that no. It’s not. It’s his DNA. He said no, it’s metal in his brain, babies shouldn’t be vaccinated, went on to tell me to do a parasite detox and a full metal detox and I’d ‘be surprised at how he changes over night’ 😳 I was honestly gobsmacked and so angry. I showed him the leaflet from the hospital explaining his condition, he looked at it for 1 second, placed it back down and said ‘I don’t even need to read this, they just tell you this to keep you in the medical field’

Honestly the whole thing absolutely blew my mind and I am still furious about it, psychotic behaviour.

Great fitters , but a bit of a strange visit from a sales rep on the day of fitting. All in all a good service. Cheers

Great service from start to finish

After fitting a new bay window and upstairs window we was very satisfied. The fitter advised us to replace the bay roof as it was leaking, rotten and no insulation. We decided to have a new porch window at the same time. They couldn't come back quick enough ( having just paid £3200 for the bay and upstairs) the quote for the porch was £1250 then they rang to say they had underestimated the price, bear in mind on the invoice for the porch it had on it all the requirements for the roof ALL ON THE SAME INVOICE so we thought it was all in the price. Date decided they rang to rearrange sorted another date same again.! Finally decided on the 27th march, I took the day off work and they was a no show , when I rang I was being passed from pillow to post. After numerous phone calls they try to tell me the roof wasn't in the quote and should be on a separate invoice. After ringing several times and asking for someone to call me back , which no one ever does I sent two emails,and no reply . Today I've put in writing and sent to their head office. Registed post. Ps spoke to someone today at crystal clear who tells me because we had agreed on a reduced price and the window was manufactured we wouldn't get our money back. I wonder how long they would have left us sitting on the 27/3 . Please be careful when using this company. We just want our deposit refunded

The customer service is shocking, get spoke to like your dirt on the floor.
No one is willing to help!
Took me 6 weeks to get a refund and even then it was not the full amount even though THEY cancelled the order!

I have already left a review and will keep doing so until i have my full refund back.

I now have gone legal with this, i am still due £100 back and even thought it not a large amount its more the principle of how i have been treated.

Like all 1 star reviews DO NOT use this company. I had someone come to my house for just to quote for replacement glass to my windows as was losing heat through my glass , he gave a price which over the top just for replacement he rang the office after talking to his boss came with a better deal amazing I thought, so paid £200 in cash, he then arranged for a technical surveyor to my house , when came he said my job could not be done , so rung his office but no answer, so he left he would get in touch with them later , and someone would be in touch with me but no one called.
So I filled in the withdraw my job as it was not possible to be done , so I sent the email to their office as per instruction on quote saying my job could not be done can I have my £200 returned.
I did not even get a courtesy email back from these so called good company.
So after 10 days plus and ringing customer services with no help from saying it's the director decision and the £200 in not refundable due to admin and the technical survey be done, I even said I will compromise and accept £100 refund . BUT NOT EVEN THAT IS GOING TO APPEAR IN MY BANK.
Goodbye to a bad company

They kept me fully informed, had people come and check the work following the install. The workers where polite and also kept me informed and involved.
Very happy with the work, they cleaned up after themselves and where quick and efficient.
