I heard about Crystal Clear through a leaflet drop at home and was considering full window replacements and decided to ask them for a quote. The very next day their estimator arranged an appointment and went through the options in great detail. He also recommended their glass replacement service as a more economic solution which I liked the sound of as the cost was within my budget and some of the old glass units were blown and cracked. After arranging a fitting date and time a week or so later, the guys duly turned up and cracked on with the job. They were thoroughly professional and kept me informed of what they were doing and where they would be as I have two dogs, so the guys were concerned for the dogs' wellbeing throughout. This was especially important as I had also opted for a new door in the package. Everything went really smoothly and my windows look like new and my door is simply brilliant. Hats off to Crystal Clear for their efficiency and professionalism.

The service was great, from the guy who came to our house several times to ask if we wanted to have a quotation of our windows, to the lady who gave us a good deal, to two men who installed our windows. Thank you very much!

i had a lovaly lady caled Nadia. come to see me at my home with her help and advice i choose the windows payed my deposit of one thousand and two hundred pounds i was not told id loos £200 pounds of that deposit i considered this to be miss selling Ufocanatly due to circumstances i had. to cancel my order contact date 15/5/26 cancel .18 /5/26. eell withinn the 7days allowed (16)weeks have now gone by and countless calls and emails to them im still waiting for my refund iv had sleepless nights over ths situation im a o.a.p. and dont need this distressing situation and iv now oter action but to take it further tonthe smaal clames court were i will as for my full deposit back and compensation for the stress over the last 16 weeks i have called but constantly givan the run aroud refusal to give me inflammation or numbers email to chase this mater up id advise no one to give mony upfront as you are likely not to get it back 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 DISTRESSED O.A.P

Unfortunately i was not aware that i had to respond to the company requesting more information this is the first time I have used this review system to update the situation i hope this works. im at my wits end it is now 17 weeks or more iv endeavoured to resolve this NIGHTMARE as i have previously stated i have dyslexia making life difficult.
in my original complaint i forgot to say not only was i not aware id lose £200 as part of the diposit if i cancel the order this was not pointed out to me .
and i be locked into this nightmare situation trying to get back my £1000 deposit as well still given the runaround by this company and its dircter mr ( IMRAN QURESHI ). disappointed recuest for my refund by. rining the company and asking to be coped into email's sent by there administration team im still banging my head against a brick wall he fefusese to refund my £1000 deposet iv spoke to a member of staff on Tuseday 15/9/26. this week he ashores me that hed refunded other customers thi wee and previous week but not mine. Y. ? WHAT HAVE I DUNE WRONG all i want is my £1000 deposit back
my son as looked into this company and found 5 emails for directers only one responds Mr imran all othhers bounce back .
there account is overdue payment by 6 monthes at Compony house .

SO i can try to get you to understand the situation im going to list the problem
1. i understand the £200 for the window survey is none refudable so put that to one side
2. on ordering the Windows ., order No7034. on 15/5/26. NADIA. 9. ..1. PNM.
i paid a deposit of £1000 (one thousand pounds) transferd from my bank to your company
3. i was told by NADIA .that if i canceled the order with in 7 says ill get my deposit BACK IN FULL this is also in righting on the order form
4. so in sumary id like my £1000 ponds DEPOSIT BACK PLEASE .
my bank deatails. sent to your office i have checked with your office that they have them

one thousand pounds deposit for widows not fited as i cancelled the order in good time within the 7 days coiling off period witin good tim so please refud to my bank

The company provided a like for like replacement for my old large front window. The work was done efficiently and tidely. It was a quality job.

Installation and product just very good .

Now that I have written a poor review regarding crystal clear, confirmed everything they have wanted me to confirm. The company seems to have ceased communication.
I still have a front door with a lock fitted by them not working.
Extremely disappointed.
Yes, an engineer is now booked - not because I’ve been contacted, or emailed, because I’ve had to chase. I’m still waiting for Lee your customer service manager to make contact. Appalling

Unfortunately after ringing office regarding keys,nobody replied to our query!!

I had a concern about a large gap above the new window and also loose bricks but the installer assured me that everything would be okay
I am very happy with the new window and I can only hope that there aren’t any issues with the issues mentioned above

Window fitters did a brilliant job no problems with them at all .however office staff very rude and arrogant would not like to deal with them again .

Sales advisor very informative and did not rush me.
Although first date for fitting was cancelled the fitters on second date arrived promptly were polite and helpful. Job completed in good time with very little mess and all rubbish taken away.
Windows are good quality and fitted neatly.

Fitters were lovely lads and did a brilliant job which was a lot more involved than first looked both were professional and nothing was too much trouble for them and left our house spotless

Price of windows very competitive and choice of styles excellent. Arrived promptly on day of fitting and the fitters worked quickly but carefully all the way through. The only thing that is annoying is the scaffolding which was supposed to arrive the day before the work but didn't, it arrived at 7am on the day which wasn't ideal especially for the next-door neighbours and I'm still waiting for it to be collected. But the work itself is excellent very pleased.

Friendly and thorough service throughout. 2 weeks after quote and French doors were manufactured and fitted to an excellent standard. Highly recommend Crystal Clear.

Would recommend this company for Nadia who came to measure up very helpful. Peter and Patrick the fitters were very efficient and professional all work done to excellent standard everything cleaned up and left very tidy

Door order - Christopher Squire. The order was cancelled by Crystal Clear Glass themselves a few days after we placed it, for a new front door in UPVC - 12 weeks ago, they took our deposit money on 8th June 2026, still awaiting deposit refund of £400. Despite numerous phone calls and emails the deposit money has not been returned. Not happy!

It was well done in all apart from a small amount of rubber stains left on a window sill but we will forgive the lads for that

Company did exactly what the said they'd do, turned up on the date and time agreed, then fitted the new windows as discussed. The fitters were friendly and did a good job, leaving everything clean and tidy.

Really pleased with windows, job well done.
