The worst window fitter & office staff in the world
The workmanship was very poor and left the hallway bulkhead over the Front door moved by at least 17mm bulging the plaster in the hall wall and a crack that is 3 feet or so long. The plaster borad is down by 15mm The bulkhead should have been supported!!

Dear Robert, we're very concerned by what you've said as from what you've described it absolutely does not sound like something we'd have done or even left unattended - it does appear you've posted this on the wrong company profile and we've still not had any communication at all from you, despite several requests via Trustpilot.

Total rip off
Total rip off. Company called night before to say they won't be able to fulfill my whole order. Said I could get a refund. This was end of April still waiting. Will not let this go. Will be going to citizens advice and court should need be. Every time you call they say needs to be approved by CEO. I have sent numerous emails and called over 10 times. They obviously have no shame in stealing people's hard earned cash. I have emails to prove i have chased this refund and also requested info to contact their claims dept. I also have an email from them requesting my bank details to issue the refund which I supplied. The night they phoned to say they would not be coming as they could not do the awning they also said the door had not been manufactured so would not be a problem to cancel and refund the deposit excluding the surveyor fee.
14/8/26 all info requested was sent on 13/8/26
1808/26 surprise suprise still no answer or contact
208/26 Thankyou for your reply saying this is being dealt with by the relevant departments. They have been dealing with this since beginning of May

A great door
Sales was excellent. Day of fitting was timely, the door & side window excellent. The fitter was very quiet getting on with his work but left us with loose bricks & when he was asked about this he said he didn't do brickwork. After this he was obviously trying to get done quickly, leaving a few mistakes which needed to be fixed. However someone came out & fixed the bricks quickly & properly. Communication could be better.

You need to have a word with whoever…
You need to have a word with whoever approves who represents you canvassing the streets. Rude, abrasive, shouting jokes about people being arrested across the street, incredibly disruptive and if thats who represents you I can promise you noone around here will be letting you into our homes.
Hes making you look desperate for work, which if everyone in your company is like him I am not surprised by.
To confirm, he had your logo on his tshirt so I can assure you it is this company. Unless you have a lot of canvassers being reported for their attitude i would imagine it would be easy to ask you team who was out that day and had this paticular run in.

Arrived early but that was fine. Started their job quickly, and were efficient. Tidy in their work with minimal disruption. Two doors and a window fitted fine. One lad said that the glass in the bathroom window was incorrect, ie glass was made with pattern sideways. Rang to tell company.
Very pleasant and tidied up well after them.
