I couldn’t fault the process from start to finish.. I was a bit skeptical at first with it being a door to door salesman. But my mind was easily put to ease. the fitters Patrick and Pete were tidy and cracked on with the job as soon as they arrived, they’ve done a great job. 👏

Excellent, lovely window put in perfectly by Peter and Patrick. People are already admiring it. Highly recommended!!

My experience was ok .. but I was disappointed that when my window glass was replaced 1 window had be measured wrong .. so it was measured again and new glass ordered .. when they came the 2nd time to replace the window glass .. size of piece of glass was wrong size again ... so measured again and new piece of glass ordered .. 3rd time it fitted ....

A random man showed up at my house with my partner home alone. He tried our side door and mentioned it was 'flimsy', and proceeded to give my partner a quote.

My partner paid the £99 deposit (non-refundable & admin fee) for the surveyor to come and measure up for the door install.

Following this, the man left, and no contact was made since. The following day, my partner and I decided we didn't want to go ahead with the work, so we rang to cancel and requested our money back.

We were told that the surveyor had visited our house and that we weren't eligible for a refund.

We have since spoken with the Citizens Advice Bureau, who advised us to issue a 'letter before court claim'. We haven't heard anything since.

I was under the impression that the £42 rule would come into effect in this instance, as £1500 was quoted, meaning we have a 14-day cooling-off period.

No nonsense , fast clean tidy and polite.

The guys installing were great, quick, tidy and on time. Had to haggle to get a more reasonable price and door numbers were missed on first installation.

Everything done as expected, fitters were very efficient and friendly. No complaints.

Both the "measurer" and the fitter were very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend to others

My elderly mother had a random knock at the door from one of the sales people from this business. He advised her that her fascia and soffit needed urgent replacement. Using the classic double glazing sales technique of overstaying his welcome, he essentially bullied her into placing an order from her dwindling life savings. Over the weekend, she decided to cancel the order, the very next business day an email was sent to advise of the cancellation, followed by a hand written letter, delivered by recorded mail. This all took place on the last week of April. She has still not received a penny back to this day, despite repeated attempts to call and email. When calling, apparently only the CEO can sign off refunds, apparently something he doesn’t want to do. This kind of service is abhorrent. Now the only option is to take them to court, which I will be doing. On the back of this, I would urge anybody thinking of doing business with them, to seriously reconsider as this kind of behaviour does not paint a good picture.

Update: following the reply from Crystal clear asking for order number (which was included on the original review submission), I decided to call myself. Got through to a lady, gave her the low down and asked to speak to a manager. She put me on hold, to then come back to tell me the line was engaged and someone would call back. Of course I didn’t get a call back. Call me cynical, but responding to the review asking for detail they already had, to make me run around even more, to me is just them trying to make out like they are actually bothered about putting this right. They clearly are not. JUST PAY THE MONEY BACK AS YOU ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED!

You ask for the order number, but this was already provided on the original submission which you can access. Upon reading your first reply, I called the call centre and spoke to someone, explained who I was and the fact I was asked for further detail regarding the review. I gave her my mothers postcode, she found the order. Provided my telephone number and said someone would call me back. I’m still waiting.
Please stop this charade, you have all of the information which identifies this order and you have not contact number. Stop posting replies to try and make it look like you’re actually trying to help, you clearly are not. Just pay the money back you scam joke of a business.

Generally good but would have been useful at time of being sold or when being measured, to be informed that current blinds would not fit new window. Also one handle on "bay" window is different to the others.

The product and its installation are worthy of 5 stars but some aspects or the company I did not like.
I had several phone calls each ending in a discussion about payment, At times I felt that was the purpose of the call! Clearly payment is important but the discussion can be overdone, When the work was done someone came to inspect it. He didn't inspect but proceeded with what I can only describe as pressure selling of more windows. I'm well into my 80s so perhaps he thought I was vulnerable but I do know my own house.

Initial canvasser and the guy who did the quote were lovely, very friendly and explained the process well. Fitters were polite and efficient, and I have no complaints about any of that. My one concern was that another canvasser came to my door literally days after the install trying to upsell more products, and was very pushy. I relayed this to the guy who phoned for my feedback and he seemed to take it very seriously and said he'd raise it with the branch in question. I feel like I was heard and that my feedback was taken on board.

I would not have any qualms about using them again in the future.

The fitters were late but explained there was an accident on the motorway.
They got to work immediately and were polite and respectful of my property ,putting floor covers down and removing all rubbish . They did a good job on a very hot day . My windows look good and are good quality ,I'm very happy with the installation and the end result 😀

Shocking customer service! Requested a refund back in April! Still haven't received it! No work was even carried out. Every time I call I get told it's "being escalated". I have called countless times and nothing is happening. Staff are rude.

Window look great. Quick and easy with no mess tk replace the glass. Fitters were polite and friendly and cleared up after them
