Nice product - shame about the excessive plastic packaging
I bought these to replace some old waterproof pillow protectors which I'd had since my children were little. The cotton feels much better under pillowcases so very pleased with purchase. The description suggested the products were made in the UK - something that played a part in my choice.
I've taken a star off for what felt like excessive and needless packaging though - the protectors arrived as a pair in a small zipped plastic pouch edged in some sort of fabric. Biodegradable packing would be much better.

Not Great but....
The pillow wasn't for me, it's just duvet filling in a pillow, however, they do give you the option of returning if its not right for you which I did, so that's the reason for the 3 stars. The pillow is nothing special.

Service was very good. Products excellent. I bought 2 Canadian Goose Down Pillows in medium. I found the soft far too soft with not enough neck support. I am so happy with the medium. Also bought pillow cases which are lovely Percale cotton with excellent big tuck in flaps. I will definitely order from

Yes i am disabled and paid extra for the Emme Mattress to be bought in to my small bungalow, it just dumped in my bedroom still in the very big box and that chap took away my old mattress to be recycled as i had paid for, meanwhile the other chap waited for me to log on to my lap top and give him a code.... as soon as i did he left without a goodbye and i needed them to take the new mattress out of the box as i couldn't even move it ! i looked and they had Gone... leaving my front door open and my gate too ! this left me feeling very venerable as i had nobody to help !

Extremely pleased with the Edelweiss Hungarian goose down duvets I purchased — beautiful quality outer fabric and piping. Pure luxury, with a high thermal rating and honestly the best we’ve ever experienced.
