Beautiful pillows
Ordered a Canadian goose down soft king size pillow for me (front sleeper) and medium for husband (side sleeeper). We have both had wonderful nights sleep since they arrived! Mine is beautifully soft but still supportive. It is hard to find king size down pillows (husband is feather allergic) at a not exorbitant price and I will be back to Cuddledown when I need new ones!

Non-Existent Customer Service — Beware
I’m a repeat customer of Cuddledown, but after this experience- they have lost a customer.
I was trying to apply a Black Friday coupon code, but before I could add it the full payment was taken automatically. I followed their instructions and messaged customer service within 10 seconds to cancel the order. I messaged again later the same day, and again the next day - no reply at all.
Instead, I received an email from DPD about an upcoming delivery. I emailed Cuddledown yet again and still got no response. I then checked my card statement and saw the full payment had been taken.
At this point I’ll have to wait for the delivery and return it myself because customer service simply does not exist.
Extremely disappointed. Beware, there is no customer support if something goes wrong.

We’d like to clarify what happened. The email address you entered on the contact form when reaching out to customer services contained a small typo, which meant our replies were unfortunately sent to the incorrect address.
We replied just over an hour after your first email. Initially, we understood your enquiry to be about applying a discount code, and once your follow-up email came through, we realised you were requesting a cancellation. By that point, the order had already been dispatched, so we advised refusing the delivery or returning the parcel using our free returns service.
A member of our customer service team has since been in touch to explain this in full, and your refund has now been processed.
We truly regret that this experience was disappointing, particularly as a repeat customer. We hope this helps clarify what happened, and we would, of course, be very happy to assist you again in the future should you choose to shop with us.

Good quality King size cotton mattress protector
I was struggling to find a cotton mattress protector and eventually found this one on Cuddledown. Very happy with purchase & although it is a protector not a topper, it is substantial and fairly weighty. It does have elasticated sides to fit on mattress. Website easy to navigate and arrived in good time.

Superking cotton percale fitted sheets
Ordered 2 superking deep fitted sheets and one sent was king size. I contacted Cuddledown and explained that 1 sheet was incorrect. They immediately sent out a replacement sheet. I didn't have to send back the incorrect sheet. The sheets are a lovely quality and the customer service at Cuddledown is exceptional.
