Exceeded expectations
Our choice was not cheap but in my opinion worth every penny as the quality is outstanding for a winter duvet. The delivery service was exceptional: we ordered before 3pm and the items arrived the next day, before 3pm. This is from London to the South West. Well done DPD.

Linen fitted sheets feel great
Bought a couple of linen fitted sheets. Wasn't sure how they would feel compared to cotton but I really like sleeping on that texture. And I'm sure the linen will soften up over time and get even better.
Might try some of the other linen products as well

It is the best duvet we have bought. Honestly.. it is so light, but very warm. It is not cheap but worth it. Cuddledown! Is a very good description.

Don't fit after washing
We received the sheets and after washing them and drying them, as per the instructions on the sheets, they shrunk so much that they wouldn't fit the bed, not even close. A bit of shrinkage is expected, but not by the amount that we had. And because I washed them, I can't return them. I wish I had known how bad they were before I spent my money on them.

Good customer service
Quick delivery of the pillow, which came in a nice bag for it (or blankets etc) to be stored in. Unfortunately the pillow didn't work for my needs, so it was returned. The return process was easy and when I emailed to check all was ok (as Evri had left it outside their offices on a Friday evening during a long weekend) I received a quick and polite reply the following week to advise that they had received the returned item and a refund would be processed. The refund was processed, and funds received no issues.

Bought edelweiss pillows in sale but…
Bought edelweiss pillows in sale but when they arrived realised I had previously bought one the same and it’s gone so soft it provides no support. Sending these 2 back but wanted to ask which has best support but Cuddledown now stopped having a person to speak to.
