I’ve had cues and accessories from this firm over the last few years. My latest enquiry was for a male threaded replacement (for my spare - “banana” cue shaft). I mistakenly ordered a female thread shaft. When I realised and called them, their representative hunted high and low for what I wanted. On realising they didn’t have the shaft I needed, he then hunted for an adaptor, unfortunately without success. What I’m most impressed about - besides the friendly - professional service I received for an “occasional customer” was that I had a full refund to my card within 12 hrs. Bang on - Thank you. My go-to store.

Great value products & excellent service
Back in November, I decided to upgrade my snooker cue. Like most casual players, I'm pretty hopeless, but it's nice to have a decent cue that looks, feels & performs really well. Since buying a cue & case package, I've also purchased a 2nd cue, and that too is a quality product.
Service was excellent. One of the cues had a slight issue, but the chaps at Cue & Case replaced it, no problem.
My snooker hasn't improved, but now I can't blame my poor break building on having a rubbish cue!

The cue and case are excellent, however I purchased extra chalk to receive the free cue cloth if you spend over £75 and didn't receive it! After contacting them they organised for the cloth to be sent out.

A great Case at an affordable price.
I ordered a Baize Master Arrow 3/4 Deluxe cue case from Cue+Case. It was dispatched promptly and was well packed. The Case looks great and accommodates my cue, extention and mini butt perfectly. There's also a place for the chalk.

The product is amazing quality
The product is amazing quality, at a reasonable price. Delivery was prompt and the little touch of including the sweets was amazing. This cue case was bought for my 10 year old son who is over the moon with it and you’ve made his day. We shall use you again. My Son wants to say a personal thank you very much.

Ordering was easy, issues sorted extremely fast.
Ordering was easy. When the cue arrived it was really sadly damaged due to having been bent in transit (dispute it being in a substantial carboard tube) by the courier company. I contacted Cue&Case and they sorted a return immediately replacement arrived today in practically a bulletproof cardboard tube. So pleased. Cue is really lovely quality, very happy.

Great company to deal with
I placed an order with Cue and Case after speaking to them on the phone due to a website issue.
They were more than happy to assist with this.
Unfortunately when my order arrived there was an issue as the postage label must have come off and been added to a different package so I didn't get my order.
I contacted Cue and Case and they arranged a replacement delivery the following day.
Really pleased such a quick resolution was completed.
