Ordered twice in the past few months. Both cues and cases have been well packaged and delivered with absolutely no issues. They even threw in a bag of haribo when I ordered a junior cue for my son. Fantastic company who I can't recommend enough.

Very good service - good range of products. I ordered several things (cue case, chalk, extension), and although one of the products they sent was inadvertently the wrong product, I dropped them an email and they resolved it very quickly and sent the correct product. Mistakes sometimes happen, and when companies deal with them promptly and efficiently, it makes all the difference. I'll certainly use them again in future. Thanks very much.

Would just like to say to Ben thank you for all your help and assistance in helping out with a wrong mini butt I received for my pool cue, after contacting him he immediately sent out the correct mini butt after showing him a video and made the interaction very easy and at the upmost urgency to resolve. Thanks again Ben your a credit and will be using you guys more often because of it.

Although my initial order was incorrect, the communication from Cue+Case was exceptional.
Every email sent was promptly replied to with useful information on how to correct my order.
They provided a return label without difficulty and within three days the incorrect cue was returned and the correct item was safely delivered to me.
Overall, this company offers a wide range of pool and snooker cues and a comprehensive selection of accessories at great prices.

First impressions are excellent. The cue looks absolutely amazing with a really clean, premium finish. It has a classy, high-quality look and feels great in the hand. The weight is spot on and feels really well balanced, which gives it a quality feel straight away.

The case is also really nice—simple, smart, and sturdy, offering good protection without being bulky.

Delivery was excellent too. I placed my order on Tuesday, it was dispatched the following day, and it arrived this morning, so I was really impressed with how quickly it got to me.

Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality, presentation, and service. Even before getting it on the table, it feels like a fantastic cue, and I can’t wait to start using it. I’d definitely recommend it.

My order came on time and packaged well.
However, there was an item missing from my delivery (mistakes happen but they can be fixed). So I reached out to their support (which was really easy to do) & Ben was quick to help rectify the issue & sent out a replacement for next day delivery - which did arrive the next day! Thanks Ben :)

Could not recommend this online store more. Made a mistake that was completely my fault ordering a single cue instead of the bundle with the case, extension and chalks. Contacted them just to see if there was anything I could do to upgrade and the support team where super friendly and helpful. From my experience the company goes above and beyond with customer service and has done more than most. Would like to also give recognition to Ben who I was emailing for support and it’s refreshing to be contacting one person throughout unlike most places that pass you through different people who don’t understand previous emails.

Value of their products was better than any other online store that I have seen and the bundles they offer has saved me almost £100 compared to buying items individually

Delivery was fast and packaging was secure ensuring the cue arrived undamaged.

I have to say that I've bought several cues from this company. Always a swift delivery. I had a slight problem with my last cue which was a gift so I wanted it to be perfect. The responded swiftly to my email and resolved the issue by replacing the cue. They are always happy to answer any questions. I would 100% recommend them.

I had a great experience ordering from Cue & Case Online. The website and ordering process were incredibly straightforward and seamless, and the initial postage and delivery speed were fantastic.

As a casual but experienced pool player, I already own an Ultimate Pool 3/4 joint cue, but I wanted a budget-friendly, centre-jointed option that was easier to transport—something I could just throw in the back of the car if there's a chance I might be playing pool, but might not do. I essentially wanted this cue so I didn't have to rely on the cheap house cues that places buy in bulk and are generally not well maintained.

I decided on a Johnny 8 Ball cue, and in my opinion, it is really good for the price range! I also ordered a case and some other accessories as part of the order, and I'm really happy with all of it.

There was a slight oversight where one item was missing from the package, but their customer service was brilliant. I got in touch via email and spoke to Ben, who was fantastic. He immediately sorted it out and sent the missing item, which arrived the very next day without any issues.

The fact that the missing item was rectified within 24 hours shows how excellent their customer service is. If Trustpilot allowed it, I’d easily give them a 4.9—the only reason it's not a full 5 stars is because of that initial missing item.

Other than that, everything was perfect, shoutout to Ben for the quick fix, and I’d highly recommend them!

Posted really fast considering free postage and packaged as well as anything I've ever recieved, also made up with the cue which is brilliant quality for the price. The case was far better quality than I expected as well, considering the cost. Wouldn't even think about going anywhere else in the future as rarely get a buying experience so straightforward these days and always prefer supporting independent shops. Made up.

Impressed. Not used the cue yet but it arrived well packaged and days earlier than expected. The quality seems good and the cue feels good too. I am looking forward to trying it out tomorow.

Ordered Via Amazon and item arrived 2 days before it was due to arrive. Product was exactly what I wanted and was a verified legitimate via qr codes on the item. Free cloth and bag of Haribos are always welcome. Would recommend and use again. Thanks all
