Brilliant
Brilliant service, fast delivery, both of my taom chalks came with QR codes for verification and with all the fakes going around these days it's nice to know I have the real stuff. My other products look very high quality too, Friendly staff communication through emails, loved the little treat, thanks C&C.

Snooker cue late
I recently bought a snooker cue and iys has made my game alot better but when I was trying to get the cue delivered to my house it's was 5 days late to when they said it would be delivered and I got offered a free gift when I bought the cue but I never got anything

Great Customer Service and Prompt Delivery
The Aramith Snooker Balls and Case that I bought arrived promptly and with no fuss - They were well boxed and arrived in perfect condition. I had had an issue adding the free cue towel to the order, but this was handled superbly by Amir and duly arrived with the balls as agreed. I cannot praise Cue & Case highly enough - very professional and great customer service. Thank you.

Haven’t changed my cue in nearly twenty years, but what a lovely replacement this is. Quality product, second purchase from these guys after getting my son his first cue early last year. Don’t hesitate to grab one of their cues, I’ll be using these guys for all my accessories too. Thank you 👍

The parcel was packed in order to preserve the items during shipment. Everything was perfect ! And I received some candies & coupons, lovely. The items are great. I recommend even If I could not get it delivered to France.

Was easy to find a good weighted cue for my daughter in law with a 9mm tip at a very reasonable price but could do with better tip so soon as it was delivered I changed it

Never received the order. Replied to the email saying it had been dispatched. No response. Replied to the email prompting me to leave a review. No response. Won't be using again.

Plenty of options and not too complicated to navigate. Very happy with cue, case and the extras I got.
I made an error in purchasing 2 cases when getting my cue, didn't realise until after I had paid. Sent an email straight away.
2 days later the correct order arrived (1 case and everything else with it) and refund sorted.
