I had a video call with a lovely professional lady called Anam, she talked me through how to deal with my video link. All went well and my prescription is being sent today. Highly recommended company kind regards katrina Anna Cushnahan.

Well I made a rookie error and didn't check trust pilot until after I had made my payment on Wednesday! Had to just hope all would be ok. They confirmed my details on Thursday and I received my delivery on Friday so hopefully they've sorted whatever had been happening previously. No issues for me.

Extremely fast and efficient service! Would definitely recommend!

Told them before I even sent all my verification info over that I no longer wanted my order and just to cancel the application - took the money from my account will not reply to emails been trying for over a week

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It has now been 8 weeks and I still have not received my order. Customer service is completely unacceptable — emails go unanswered, and if you do get a reply, it takes an unreasonable amount of time.

Their phone lines are equally useless. They just ring endlessly without ever connecting to anyone. There is clearly no effective system in place to handle customer queries or resolve issues.

I was told I would receive an update by the second week of March, but unsurprisingly, nothing has come through. This lack of communication and failure to deliver basic service is extremely concerning.

Given the standards expected under CQC guidelines and basic customer service regulations, this level of service is simply not acceptable. There appears to be no accountability or urgency in dealing with customer concerns.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs — an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.

I think it’s one person running this cowboy outfit.
Cancelled my order and demanded a refund minus£10 as per their website, they told me my phone my phone had made a mistake as it was £20.
Six weeks on and still no refund.
Don’t reply to emails
Don’t pick up the phone.
I’ve reported them to the General Pharmaceutical Council who they state they’re registered with.
DO NOT USE!!

Scam. Never received my order and never received a refund. They don't reply for messages.

Good ethics, they made sure all is good before providing treatment/medication by conducting a thorough questioning regardjng overall health, cannot fault them on that side. Delivery was also fast, exactly as promised, all great on that front too. Not impressed however with the pricing "technique". "Starts from £114" in Munjaro's case means that if you are honest and admitting that once upon a time a year ago you had the one pen, that is ground for "starts from £149"-honesty- not good policy in this case, hence the 4 stars. At £149 same can be bought in other places, perhaps cheaper if you do your research.

Twice they sent a 5% discount code and on both occasions it stated the code was invalid. I contacted them to explain, they asked me to send a screenshot of the email, which I did. They completely ignored my message when I sent the proof, obviously it’s a scam to get you to buy their product. They only speak to you if you want to buy their products. My advice go to another company,

Fraud. I ordered Libra 3 sensor. They sent me Libre 2 sensor, which is much cheaper and refusing to refund my purchase now. Customer service is just ignoring me.

I have been ripped off completely!!! £600 taking of me and never got the money back and no product. I have tried calling them many times on the WhatsApp number they communicated with and they never respond to me anymore. This company needs to be stopped !!!!

Don’t order with this scam company, my partner ordered with them, paid £540 and she never received the product, and they never answer emails or phone calls.
I reported already this scam company

Worst company ever. Took my money and I then changed my mind and they are taking £40 off me for this which I think is terrible as they have done nothing and Iam still waiting for a refund. They never get back you with a solid answer shall never recommend them or ever use them so be careful if you do use them

Here we go again.....2nd month in a row!
I orderd my weightloss injection on the 28th Feb this is alleged to be next day delivery. I waited for 4 days then contacted them by email. They responded and said I eoul have within 2 days....I'm still waiting! I have since emailed and had no response to my email asking for a refund. What can i say!!!!! Save yourself the grief and use a reputable company.

10/03/2026 - SCAM - I work in retail and I’m ashamed of myself for not reading the reviews. DO NOT ORDER HERE…I was emailed a cancellation notice a week after placing the order. Zero feedback after repeated emails. This is not a bonefied company, you will loose your money…order elsewhere… £150 out of pocket….
