10/03/2026 - SCAM - I work in retail and I’m ashamed of myself for not reading the reviews. DO NOT ORDER HERE…I was emailed a cancellation notice a week after placing the order. Zero feedback after repeated emails. This is not a bonefied company, you will loose your money…order elsewhere… £150 out of pocket….

Made my order almost 3 weeks ago, emailed them twice, no reply. They are either scammers or just a poor business. Do not use.

I am really disappointed as I requested buccastem and paid for it but got the generic version
So really disappointed with my purchase

I received pen,
Then emailed to say the product is not coming out it stuck,
I was able to use another searing to remove some to use, but not idea and not able to move the twist to get second dose, I have had no reply

Quite easy to do just put your information down. The only bad thing is they only give you 10 seconds to do a video. You need to start with full view of yourself then down to scales on zero then you standing on scales full view then the scales showing weight too rushed could give another 5 seconds

From start to finish a very professional, efficient service. Would definitely recommend

Less than one star. Didn't fulfil the order - emails make no sense and do not respond to webchat, email and now the phone - been ringing for 15 minutes. They answered once and said they'd get back to me via email. They didn't. Useless. Useless. Useless. I should have looked on here!!! Stupid thing is it was simple things I could have got from Boots but thought I'd try them. Silly me. I hate being ripped off though.

Terrible company, steal our money. It is scam not to buy anything on this site that will probably be disappointed as many in us here...

This company is a scam , ordered 7.5mg swapping from amazing Simple pharmacy due to price. Ordered and paid 2 weeks ago. They keep sending requests for prescription, even though I am private and dont have prescription , asked fpt money back and full refund they still have £200 and have ghosted me. Complete scammers dont use

Terrible company.
Didn’t post my products then refused a refund on 2 occasions.

The only reason I ordered twice was because I was left without medication

Tried to convince me that my products were posted by providing someone else’s tracking.

Didn’t respond to emails £360 out of pocket

After responsible questions, proof of I.D.I was approved. It was a fast and painless process

I have been using cured pharmacy since the last 3 months now. And they are really amazing and fast process. I’m on Mounjaro was on 2.5mg for the first 2 months and have only just placed the 5mg. I have even some amazing results.

I have to apologise. I put quite a negative review as I hadn’t heard anything for the first 3 days after paying £149.99 for mounjaro. Then after that everything went smoothly and I just got the medication delivered today. If I use them again is another thing! It’s a lot of money to hand over to a company that has a lot of negative reviews. I think maybe too much of a chance to take. I think I just got lucky this time. But you don’t get the same service professionally that you would get from another company like Numan but obviously it’s more expensive.

Take your money, don't send your purchase, ignore all requests for help. Avoid!

Worst pharmacy experience I have come across. Very unprofessional service.

I placed an order for medication and paid online, but no one contacted me for the first five days. I had to repeatedly follow up myself to track the order. When I tried calling the pharmacy multiple times, no one answered.

I also emailed them and eventually received one response saying that a pharmacist would get in touch shortly, but no one ever did. Two days later, I received a WhatsApp message from a pharmacist asking for a document related to the medication. After I provided it, there was again no response.

I have now been requesting a refund, but still have not received any reply. The lack of communication and customer support is extremely disappointing.

Please be cautious before placing orders with this pharmacy.

I have been using cured for about 10 months,they have had a lot of my money.
I ordered mounjaro as I have done many times .It arrived very quickly which is unusual I was charged £5 as usual for this to be delivered in a cold packaging. The parcel was not cool,the cold packaging was in the box but had not been frozen, needles and pen were loose in bottom of box! I contacted cured,no reply, terrible service. I am now not sure whether to chance using or waste £200 ! Really uncaring, only interested in money.For anything important I would never use again. They never reply and don't do proper checks .I think eventually this business will be investigated. Extremely dubious company.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cured Pharmacy. They took my money and never sent my order. I spent a week chasing them for an update, and instead of resolving the issue, they cancelled the order without explanation. Even after cancelling, they still haven’t refunded my money.

This is completely unacceptable. A pharmacy should be reliable and trustworthy, and this experience was the opposite. Poor communication, no accountability, and no refund. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Stole my money- PLEASE BE AWARE:
I placed order #56576 on 28Feb26. Never arrived and I called them twice. They told me that they do not know what happened to my order and they would contact me back. They never did. I am going to complain to police but I should have never had to be in such a situation. They are a scam and I think they are after people’s money. Shame on you cured pharmacy!!
