Purchased the long hoodie. It has two small holes on the back. Emailed several times. They have never responded. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Don’t order from them.

Ordered December 17th, took my money still no order delivered. USPS sent notice of insufficient postage, they can't deliver. Everyone should get together and file a fraud claim with local Attorney general, maybe then we can get some results.

Curvy Waves is a Scam. Made a purchase on December 5th, arrived January 6th and the material was so itchy and sizing was off. ordered a Large but it fits smaller. Website claims that they will send you a return label when requested but I have been asking for it since the 7th of January.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

This is an absolute scam company. It took over a month to get something completely opposite of what was pictured. The product I received was the cheapest thing I’ve ever seen and it was $100 online. They won’t respond to the 20 emails I’ve sent requested a return. Do not order from this company!!!!

It would actually be negative stars if I could. I placed an order on December 30th and paid for expedited shipping. Inquired twice about where the order was over a week ago. Received a response today January 22nd that it has shipped, but still in China. It’s a dang hoodie sweatshirt with names embroidered. Still no arrival date as it’s in some port waiting to be sent out of China. Their auto message states that they get to emails within 1 to 3 business days try more like 10. Should have known better and won’t make same mistake.

keep asking for a status on my order; you cannot call the company and they do not respond to you. They are a scam / fake company. Wish I knew - so very sad. At least I paid via paypal and not with my credit card.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my granddaughter on the 12th of December. Still nothing the 13th of January. Have emailed three times. Nothing. This company should not be able to operate in the US. Terrible

If I could give a zero or lower rating to this company, I would. Let me first say that your order will take forever to ship. I've come to expect prompt shipping for the products I buy, but that just ain't gonna happen with Curvy Waves.
My order is currently sitting on a dock somewhere in China. You read that correctly - CHINA!. I have no idea what the quality of the products will be, but my first disappointment is that the product isn't being shipped from somewhere in the US. What this tells me is that if I have an issue, I'll probably have to ship it back to China. That's a hard no. I've already resolved myself to the fact that I've wasted $200 on this company. Maybe the products will turn out fine, but maybe not. That's not the purpose of this review.
The low score comes from the fact that the company ships from China. The second is that when I discovered this and immediately emailed the company to request the order to be cancelled, I received no response. NONE. And the autoresponder they have in place assures you that they'll get back to you in a couple of days.
I still hadn't received my shipping notification after several more days elapsed, so I emailed again in hopes that I could still cancel. They finally decided to get back to me to tell me how sorry they are, but the order has already shipped. How convenient. Not sure you could say the product has shipped when it's still sitting on a dock, but whatever.
My recommendation is to stay as far away from this company as you can. I wish I had read the reviews here before I wasted money. I really should know better. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

By the way - and this is significant - you can't just call the company. You have to email and hope for a response from a real person. That should have been another red flag for me, but this lesson will stay with me for the next time I get googly-eyed when I see a great looking product on the web.

Ordered Christmas's gifts a month ago and I’m still waiting on them. Tracking sucks, customer service gives vague answers as to status but still no product. I wish I would have known before hand not to order from this company.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! I bought something for Christmas. They charged me twice and I still don’t have the item. I have emailed their customer support a few times and they do not reply. STAY AWAY!

Horrible company. Total scammers and the clothes are extremely low quality. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I can never understand why you can't give zero stars because if anyone deserves that rating these folks do. Ordered from them 4 weeks ago and got nothing. Took a week for it to ship out of China, another week in customs, got shipped to another location and hasn't moved from there in 2 weeks. No service, no delivery, no stars. It's that simple.

Stay away from this company. They're a big fraud out of China. What you order will not be what you get and they will do nothing about it. The quality of their clothing is a big zero. I ordered two lounge sets. I couldn't even get the tops with my arms to pull up over my head they were so tight and The head opening was so small. It wouldn't even sit over my head. Poor manufacturing, sloppy quality of work.

Never receive product. Do not order from this company.

Ordered two items and received an order confirmation and nothing since. There is no way to contact them. No number and the email which they say to use for any questions says “not found” when you click on it. They got me. Don’t fall for their scam like I did.

Steer clear of this company!!! You cannot return without weird questions about taking pics of a top u normally wear compared next to their top. They seem to think its not possible something of theirs might not fit. Then offer a 20% refund after 5 emails. This Chinese company should be banned in the US.

Items look nothing like pictured. Then they want you to pay to return the items, once received, they'll inspect them, and then they'll decide if they're going to refund? Less their shipping of course. How they got the models to look that good in the items is BEYOND me.
