This is a great sleeper sofa for the money. Got it for $1300 on a cyber Monday sale. Setup was easy, took about 15 minutes all in. Pieces seem sturdy and slide together very well. The hardest part was finding the cover for the couch, which is underneath the seat base in a zippered pouch. The directions don’t tell you where it is so that was a bit frustrating. I read another review on here and that’s the only way I knew to look underneath. Very happy with the quality and look of the couch and fits perfectly in our space.

I was looking for a stylish futon that wouldn’t be a hassle to switch back to couch mode after being used as a bed. This one checked both boxes perfectly and has been a fantastic addition to our lake house rental! Shipping only took a few days, and I really appreciated that it came in multiple manageable-sized boxes instead of one large, cumbersome box. The only downside was that it appeared to be back-ordered, which I wasn’t aware of at the time of purchase. However, Cushie’s customer service was excellent and very helpful throughout the entire process!

I ordered my Cushie sofa Black Friday 2023. I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the sofa and so I contacted them about the return process. After some discussion and push back, they eventually offered me half of my money back if I would agree to keep it. So, to avoid the hassle of shopping for a new sofa bed, I accepted the offer and they refunded me half of what I paid. Now, about a year later, I have a sofa where the cover zippers have all broken. Mind you, this is in a spare room and hardly used, so I am quite upset. I should’ve forced them to take the sofa back for a full refund.

Ordered a queen sofa sleeper in their Black Friday sales. Shipped quickly, easy to set up (needed 2 people). Sofa is comfy and stylish, though we haven't tried sleeping on it yet. Will be a great occasional bed for guests!

Super comfortable sleeper sofa. I found that the mattress topper isn't really necessary, except maybe where your head rests, as it's not as cushiony there. I was able to set it up alone. The very last piece was a bit harder to slide into place, but I managed just fine. One final thing to consider and that the seats had a bit of a factory smell when they were unpacked, so I let them air out for a day or two before using.

The coach is exactly as advertised. The color is beautiful. It was super easy to assemble-requiring Not even a screw driver! And it came in 5 business days. AND the guys who delivered it put all the boxes in the basement for us(where the coach was going).

This sleeper sofa is much more comfortable than a traditional sleeper with a metal frame. We did find a second mattress topper helpful.

The sofa is exactly how it appears online. It's stylish, useful, and comfortable!!! And affordable. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

The couch is very comfy, and I was also impressed with the topper! The only thing I wish the instructions were more clear on was where to find AND how to put on the fabric dressing. One piece was hidden underneath the couch in a zipper. It took a long time for us to find them, then also figure out exactly how to put them on. Otherwise, great experience!

I like the comfort of the bed with the topper. When it is use as a sofa, it is very firm and stiff. Maybe it would break in, but we just don't sit on it often. My biggest complaint is the the zippers are all breaking. The backrest turns into the foot of the bed. It is supposed to be attached by a zipper, but the zipper never worked. Now, about a year later, the other zippers are breaking. I am going to have to buy an aftermarket sofa cover.

I also don't like that you have to use the topper for comfort, but there is nowhere within the sofa to store it, so you have to find a big spot of open space in a closet for it.

By the way, they offer a money back guarantee, but when I tried to return it, they offered me 50% back to keep it, so I ended up accepting the offer and paying about $600 for the sofa, which is still a bit pricy considering the quality.

Great sleeper sofa for the price. Fast shipping once the color was back in stock. Only took 15-20mins to put together after unboxing everything. The sofa/sleeper mode is quite stiff so I definitely recommend getting a memory foam pad to put on top before putting the sheets over. But overall a great deal. Olive color looks great!

As a professional product designer I am very impressed by the design details, fit and finish, and ease of assembly of the Cushie sleeper sofa.

We opted to go with Cushie because we had family coming into town and they offered quick delivery and had a good price.

The couch, though firm, rolls out into a full size queen bed with a padded topper that is stored separately.

Experience was as expected based on info provided on website. No surprises. Easy to put together. Fit nicely into a room that other couches could not fit through the door.

Although the couch did not fit in my space and I had to return it, Jo from the Customer Service team was exceptional. She made the whole process smooth and replied quickly and clearly to all inquiries.
