Happy with the job
I found custom heat through worcester boilers ,through there system.I did think they would have been closer ro me in Devon,but they came from Cornwall !.They where good,at the end it felt rushed ,which i could understand .When the flue was fitted i asked for the picture of the new flue so i could keep it,for reference,it was taken but never received it by email ? ! (Knocked a point off for that ).I will say all the dealings before and after fitting on the phone where excellent,thank you

First service following a new boiler…
First service following a new boiler install by the same company. Gas engineer was neat, tidy and advised on running the boiler. Eg: pressure dropping and repressurise. Good company, easy to deal with.

You would have got 5 stars but for the fact you didn't send your engineer somebody to give him a hand to help get the old boiler out, he didn't get help until lunchtime and the new one didn't arrive until about 11-30 hence it took two days, otherwise a very good job, your engineer Douglas was a very friendly bloke and good at his job

Fix the problem straight away
Fix the problem straight away, not , still not fixed after 4 trips. Turn up on time. Having to pay over£500, Thought I had paid what I owed, only to find out 3 mths later that I am threatened with court action. I moved f the house in October.

Poor service
Waited 2.5 months for repairs. Not finished. The cost of finishing would be more than purchasing a new fitted system.
