I have ordered in the past and have been happy I recently placed a large order of 6 items A floral dress - I received a orange leaf shirt dress. 3 Large hippie tshirts which i can not get over my head I compared it to a purchase of last year and this large is 2 inches smaller on each side than the one I order last year I have sent 4 emails with pictures NO REPLY The shirt are good quality but not what I ordered all these items are not wearable I am unable to reach/hear back from anyone VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED I would love to post pictures but unable

Would not return the wrong items they sent. Said I should take a 10% discount on the item, then another email said 20% today I received one for 30% discount. When I said no I want a return....nothing....

They are complete scam artists. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING YOU ORDERED! SCAM ALERT! ZERO STARS!!!!!

My tee shirt arrived today & I love it. Took just over a week for delivery so I’m happy

I ordered four shirts, never received anything while I was at home at the time the company claims it was delivered. 17TRACK says it was delivered. DHL was supposed to have done the delivery. DHL cannot open an investigation on my request and Custompupshirt refuses to do anything. Easy money for them! I lost over €60,00 on this.

Excellent service. Tshirt quality is very good. The print on shirts are very vibrant and well done. As for delivery, I placed my order on June 17th and I received it on June 28th in Ontario, Canada. Very happy and will be ordering again. These shirts make great gifts too.

If I could’ve given zero stars for customer service, I would. I can’t comment on the quality of the clothing because they never arrived.

They refused to issue a refund or resend the missing items.

This company refuses to refund for item not delivered.they demand that I keep wrong item sent. For weeks I have been insisting on a full refund and packaging and postage for returning the unwanted item.
Do not buy from this Company.!

The sizes are well out. I wear a UK size 14 but went for extra large because I wanted it very loose. It was too tight

Horrible company! I ordered by the MEASUREMENTS and they still didn't fit. I've been dealing with them for weeks and have now disputed it with my credit card. They are scamming crooks. If you end up ordering from them go UP ABOUT 3 SIZES.

Also, their policy shows refund and exchange welcome, but they refuse to give a return address.

My order arrived but not the material or size I was expecting. I requested a refund and they have asked me to send pictures of me in the t shirts proving the size issue!!! I have refused and continued to ask for a refund. To be continued. Don't use this company.

Ordered shirt that was too small, can’t get exchange. Now I just want to return! Poor customer service

Do not order from this company. The clothes are nothing like what is pictured. The material is horrible. The size, which is the same size I buy everywhere else is way too small. And of course trying to get someone an address where I can send the items back for a refund, I get no response. This place is a scam.

As with other reviews here - I too have purchased before and been happy with them, however 3 of the t’s in my latest order were sized smaller (than another in the same order and from previous orders). The company said it was too expensive to send them back and offered me a 5% discount, then 10, then 15. I gave up at 40% and agreed to be told the money would be with me in 7 working days, I re contacted after 8 working days to then be told they will send it in “a few weeks”, clearly there is no intention to refund. Avoid this company, they may have previously been good but they clearly do not care about their customers now.

UPDATE: I then took my complaint to PayPal and my complaint was upheld so I got a refund that way - so that is worth pursuing.

I used to like the teeshirts from this company. However, I recently had a similar experience to other reviews. I was sent 3 wrong teeshirts in my order. They were completely different designs and poorer quality material. When I contacted the company I was told that I had to keep them and would get a 10% refund. So I've paid for the wrong teeshirts I don't like and won't wear. I objected to this and have had no further response.
So sadly I won't be ysing thus company again and don't recommend them.

The pictures of shirts are deceiving. My tshirt is not the same material or look. They deny it. BUYER BEWARE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I never got shirts I ordered in Jan. It’s now May. Scam company. Took my money!

I recently ordered a hippie t-shirt from them and got something completely different than what was on the ad. The shirts seem to be different cotton blends because the ad had what looked like a thinner, lightweight cotton - you can see the striations in the material. But mine is thicker and stiff (50% cotton, 50% spandex). The ad shirt had a distressed hem on the neckline and rolled hemline on the sleeves, where as mine was basic hem. The ad shirt had enough space below the decal that the shirt can be tucked in and still show the decal whereas my decal goes so low on the shirt that I wouldn't be able to tuck it in without losing the bottom of the decal. My package also arrived with two giant rips in it. When I emailed the company they asked for pictures, and when I sent the pictures they replied to me in one simple and unprofessional line, "Hi, your items match what you purchased". No apology, no explanation, no closing statement. Definitely will not be buying from them again

I ordered 2 Hippy t-shirts on 10 April, no delivery yet and havent heard anything.
Also going to contact PayPal.
